Maison 48 Apart Hotel

Nice apartments nice staff but unfortunately not nice guests causing trouble. staff dealt with the problem and moved our room couldn't have been nicer? would highly recommend

No chance of being relaxed after staying here. Ok it is located near bar street but there was no mention it was located near an after party venue. We were young and up for the nightlife in Gumbet and we're getting in at around 4am only to be kept up with the noise from after party nightclub. Once that finished the hotel bar started with their music. The cleaners knocked everyday to clean however they rudely stated they only come every other day? ?? Why knock every day then? Had to de-ice the freezer ourselves to use it. Balcony was a joke only room for one person to be on it at any one time. View we had was of dirty underwear strewn on a bush and rooftops. Would not stay here again even if I was paid to. Staff pretty much ignored us, didn't want to help, wouldn't even change our room after discovering a hornet nest in a light fitting. They removed the nest and told us to keep balcony door closed. It's 36 degrees and air conditioning not working. Avoid staying here people.

We stayed at the apartments in July and as soon as we got home,we were looking at flights to return. We returned at the end of September, can't praise Aldo and the staff enough,from the time we arrived we were looked after, they made us so welcome.Nothing was to much trouble. Over and beyond to make your stay a memorable one. We loved our room 302 ,we could see the sea from our balcony along with a pool view. Plenty of space within the apartment,they have hairdryers and TV in all the rooms,and basic cooking tools,for those who choose to cook. Food was very reasonably priced at the pool bar,and tasty. Home made chip were delicious! Aldo and the staff are always available to give advice on places to visit, we were invited to the amazing marina club in bodrum with the management and of La Maison, we had a fantasic time,and one of the most memorable nights of our holiday. We were looked after so well. We were sad to leave,we felt like we were leaving our extend family. I've been going to Gumbet for many years,only came across La maison last year.so glad that we did,wouldn't stay anywhere else now! Can't wait to return next season!!!

Brill place to stay, staff are lovely. The rooms clean and tidy. Food is great. To say its very close to the night bars we couldnt hear them that much and kids slept fine aswell, pool nice size

The pool was excellent. We stayed in the summer and the a/c was not strong enough for a 2 bedroom (salon and room). The couch beds were a little hard, but ok for our kids. There was no parking listed, but cars were still parked there. Internet was come and go. Quiet in the day and close to entertainment. At night it was a little noisy.

Ive been coming here for 16 years and I've never had any problems. Rooms are clean and staff are always friendly and helpful. Pool is fantastic and food is great. An absolute must for a hassle free stay.

Nice rooms. Nice pool bar. Really nice staff. No aircon in the living rooms (only in bed rooms). Very loud in the evenings due to the nearby clubs and bars
