Gezilmeye değer. Medreseyi ziyarete gelirseniz parkin arkasindaki yol sizi küçük bir mescide çıkartacak. Mescidi ziyaret edip yan sokagindan ilerleyin süt tekkesi çeşmesinden bir su içip selimiye taş fırınından bir tahinli pide yiyin. Yorgunluğa birebir.? The madrasah serves its purpose. Classes on Islamic arts are given. Artifacts made separately are also on display. It is a very nice science center. It's worth visiting. If you come to visit the madrasa, the road behind the park will lead you to a small mosque. Visit the masjid, go down the side street, have a drink from the milk lodge fountain and eat a tahini pita from the Selimiye stone oven. Perfect for tiredness.?

Konya Tarla Mahallesi’nde bulunan Ali Gav Zaviyesi ve Türbesi, Mahmudiye Medresesi ismi ile de tanınıyor. Medresenin kitabesi günümüze gelemediğinden yapım tarihi ve mimarı hakkında bir bilgi veremiyoruz. Yapı, üslubuna bakılarak XII.-XIII. yüzyıllarda inşa edildiği sanılan bir Selçuklu eseri. Kesme taş, moloz taş ve tuğladan yapılmış bir eser. Dikdörtgen planlı tek katlı bir medrese olup, tek veya iki eyvanlı medreseler grubunda yer alıyor. Her ne kadar ismi Mahmudiye diye söylense de "Ali Gav" medresesi diye bilinir. Medrese kapalı tip, kubbeli, eyvanlı, dikdörtgen planlı ve içinde girişin sağında mezar odası olan tipik bir Selçuklu eseridir. Medresenin giriş kısmı restorasyonla sonradan yapıldı (yıkılmıştı). Şu an hafızlık eğitimi (darul huffaz) için kullanılıyor. Ancak medrese, gelenekli sanat merkezi olarak faaliyet gösteriyor. Çevresinde otopark var. Medreseye merdivenlerden iniliyor.
