Müşteri memnuniyeti konusunda çok kötüler özellikle Tuzlada görevli bayan asla çözüm odaklı değil. aylık üyeliğimiz bittiği halde haber vermediğimiz için üyeliğimizi devam ettirip sonrasında tekrar aylık üyelik yapmak istediğimizde aradaki haftayıda sayacaklarını söylüyorlar. Bu durum Aylık üyeliğin amacına ters birkere. Müşteri odaklı değil para odaklı çalıştıklarını düşündürüyor insana.
I was sending my son to the Tuzla branch. However, after that, I decided not to send. They are very bad about customer satisfaction, especially the woman in Tuzla is never solution oriented. Since our monthly membership is over but we have not notified, they say that they will continue our membership and then count the next week when we want to make monthly membership again. This is against the purpose of the monthly membership. It makes people think that they work money-oriented, not customer-oriented.
