Nice and amazing.. and the people were so kind.. i will back again to 5his place

I had dinner, then 2 days later I had breakfast... Lovely place, quiet, working team there are amazing and closely care about all details.

Awfull place.They humiliated my arabian friends for own their bad service.They are racist and they dont know any idea about how to serve.For persons who is going to visit there, DONT!

WE HAVE BEEN TO SO MANY RESTAURANTS BUT WE HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SOMETHING LIKE THIS BEFORE!! Unfortunately, after a nice evening at the Luna Park Eskisehir, Me and my family ended up at Mado Eskisehir. First of all, we were not greeted upon receipt. Even when a female waitress came to put the menu on the table, we didn't even hear a welcome or anything and she did not even look us in the eye. After the checkout, we went to file a complaint against the waitress. The manager/teamleader kept interrupting us with excuses about the fact that they were with few men and that it was busy blah blah. Very unprofessional.. Then a male waiter came and also made excuses that they were only 10 men and it was busy. And then that waitress came to tell us in a very sarcastic way that she thought she was right because we said thank you in a sarcastic way when she put the menu on the table like a mummy. Not to mention, she refused to bring us food on the table en gave it to her collegue only because we said thankyou in a sarcastic way.. We couldn't believe it.. She really turned the scene upside down. They don't have a professional attitude at all. You should not argue with a customer about how the customer has experienced it with you!! Secondly, a supervisor is supposed to stay with you during the complaint, but when we were talking to that waitress she had walked away. I have been on vacation to many countries but have never experienced this before!! Not even in other restaurants in Eskisehir. For us it was a learned lesson and we will never go to Mado Eskisehir again!!! Very unfriendly and unprofessional staff. A GREAT ADVICE: Give your staff a customer service course !!!! And another: Even if you are tired, even if it is late, even if you are with few men, it does not mean that you have the right to be unfriendly!!! You must remain friendly at all time and treat your customer as they deserve and pay for!! Its just to sad and unbelieveble...

This is the second time I visit this Mado , and both times the service is slow , your order comes different than what the menu says , but the location is nice .

I often go to MADO as they offer melt-in-mouth VEGAN ice cream. The coconut flavor is something to die for! I've tried the VEGAN bitter chocolate ice cream as well which is highly recommemded to choco lovers. Since I'm a digital nomad, I sometimes conduct my English lessons in MADO. They provide a cozy place where I can also have access to the electricity so I can get my laptop fully charged while working. The music isn't loud so it's never been disturbing me or my online students. The staffs have always been polite and helpful. A young lady turned the heater on as soon as she saw me feeling cold (I didn't even ask for it). The only flaw I can think of could be lack of variety in VEGAN choices. I'm expecting to try VEGGIE cookies, cakes and chocolates in MADO! ThanQ MADO Let's keep the good quality and even improve more.

The best restaurant in Eskisehir! Very much clean and beautiful, respectful personality, fast service and really delicious food. Everything we tried was amazing! I absolutely recommend everyone to visit it??

Very bad service. One of the worst services I've ever experienced. They didn't even get us plates nor cutlery even though we asked many times, and when we complained to the manager about the suitation, the waiter slammed the door twice infront of us. They were very racist towards us because we are not Turkish. Very shocked by this unprofessional behavior especially because we are guests in this country.
