★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a OK place. Ice-creams were melted a little when they served due to they were having problems with their Ac systems and the coolers. But manager didn't even warn us about the problem until we got the ice creams. Tastes good but bad management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went for dessert and we can say, it was okay, not bad but nothing amazing either. However the service was a disgrace. It felt like the waitress did not want to work at all. Also we waited really long for the dessert and to pay. This is definitely a place which I do not want to visit at all and therefore I can't recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a nice restaurant next to the mall. Lot of food on the menu. You can have here gril items, coffee cakes. Lot of ice cream flavoures, even a vegan ice cream. Nice service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mado was good 3 years ago. I was there today and yesterday. The glass was dirty. And the food or dessert don't look like the pictures. It looks like the chef and the waitress hate their job or something. No smiling and no good service. And most importantly, the waitress wanted to clean our table when we arrived. She tok a dirty cloth and dipped it into the water fountain by the table , and cleaned the table. How is that cleaning? Children plays with that water and adults spits there. I saw people spit there. Only one waitress did a good job and had excellent service, it was a young boy. ?
