★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çok pahalı olmasını geçtim içeceklerde kalite sıfır! Ne menüdeki gibi getiriyorlar ne de tadı, tuzu var. Marketten içecek, kek alın daha çok tat alırsınız; hem de paranız cebinizde kalır.
 The quality of the drinks is zero! They neither bring it like in the menu, nor taste, it has no salt. Buy drinks, cakes from the market, you will get more taste; and your money stays in your pocket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Меню неплохое, как обычно только турецкий язык в меню, сложно выбрать, только один из пересонала говорит на английском, поэтому второе блюдо было мимо, суп вкусный, ничего особенного. Второе блюдо похоже на рагу овощное, овощную икру. Ценник $$. 35 лир за все

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bugün öğlen saatlerinde annemle bir dondurma yemek için Mado nun Ulus’taki şubesine oturduk. Birisinin ilgilenmesini beklerken yanımızda olan bişeyleri atıştırmaya başladık. Garson gözümün içine baka baka menü getirmediği gibi, bizi yüksek sesle orada başka birşey yenip içilemeyeceği konusunda uyardı. Son derece kaba ve incitici bir üslupla bunu yaptı ve sipariş vereceğiz dememize rağmen, siparişimizide almadan kovdu resmen bizi.
Bizi uyarmak istemesini anlayabilirim ama uzaktan herkesin duyacağı bir şekilde son derece aşağılayıcı bir üslupla bunu yapması son derece çirkin ve gerçekten böyle bir işletmeye hiç yakışmıyor.
Tahmin ediyorum burada çalışan bu kişinin değer yargıları insanları sadece dış görünüşlerine göre değerlendirecek kadar ilkel.
Ben Mado yu böyle bir elemanı çalıştırıyor olmalarından dolayı protesto ediyor, sık sık gidiyor olduğum bu işletmeye (yurt dışında da) bir daha gitmeme kararı alıyorum.
Today at noon, we sat at Mado's branch in Ulus to have an ice cream with my mother. While we were waiting for someone to take care of us, we started to snack on the things we had with us. The waiter didn't bring me a menu while looking me in the eye, and warned us loudly whether anything else to eat or drink there. He did this in an extremely rude and hurtful manner and even though we said we will order, he officially fired us without taking our order.
I can understand her wanting to warn us, but doing so in an extremely humiliating way that everyone can hear from afar is extremely ugly and really doesn't suit such a business.
I guess the value judgments of this person working here are so primitive that he judges people only by their appearance.
I protest Mado for employing such an employee, and I decide not to go to this establishment (in abroad) that I go to frequently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hizmet yok, gelen müşteri takibi yok, zorla sipariş veriyorsunuz, sipariş verirken sormanıza rağmen yaklaşık 10dk sonra kusura bakmayın kalmamış cevabı geliyor, bari çay içelim diyorsunuz varsa, var ceavabının ardından çayın gelmesi 15dk bu kadar zor olmaması lazım! Merhaba MADO ile uzaktan yakından bir alakası YOK !!!
There is no service, there is no follow up of the incoming customer, you place an order by force, after about 10 minutes you get the answer that you are sorry, even though you ask for it, the answer is that you want to drink tea, if you have it, it shouldn't be that hard for the tea to arrive in 15 minutes after the answer! Hello, it has nothing to do with MADO!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The waiters were friendly and the service was quick but the quality of food and coffee is very poor. Expensive for what you get. Wish I had read the previous reviews beforehand. Better to find somewhere else.

The waiter ran into the back and brought out the summer tourist menu , even though the original one was right next to me. And they even tried arguing with me after the fact. They are scam artists and should never be trusted. They don't even deserve 1 star.
