En az 2 kişilik serpme kahvaltı adı altında, hesabı ödemeye gittiğimizde sınırsız çay olmasına rağmen 2 çocuğumun içtiği çayın parasını aldılar.neymiş 2 kişiye sınırsz çaymş. Pess ya. Benim içeceğim sınrsz çayı iki çocuğum birer bardak içmş ondan ayrı ücret alan saçma bi mekan. Kesinlikle alınan parayı haketmiyor. ????????
Me and my family went and got a spread breakfast in Maraş. There is neither sausage nor anything for breakfast. Under the name of mixed breakfast for at least 2 people, when we went to pay the bill, they took the money for the tea my 2 children drank, even though there was unlimited tea. Pess. My two children drank a glass of unlimited tea, it's a ridiculous place that charges separately from it. Definitely not worth the money received. ????????

A place where smoking should not be allowed. regarding employees. the local mado tray is tasteless. Madon's menu prices are especially exaggerated during the pandemic process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bu akşam salata yemek için Samsun Piazza Mado şubesine gittim. Tavuklu sezar salata yemek için sipariş verdim. İçeriğinde sezar salata sosu ile harmanlanmış marul, baharatlı kruton ekmeği, dilimlenmiş tavuk but,parmesan peyniri ve grisini olması gerekirken.
Islak kurutulmamış marul yapraklarına ne olduğu belli olmayan (sezar sos ile ilgisi olmayan) bir sos, baharatlı kruton ekmeği yerine muhtamelen bir gün önceden kalmış, kıtır hale getirilmiş beyaz ve kepek ekmeği, iyi marina edilmiş tavuk göğüs eti ( but olduğu için tercih etmiştim) salatanın üstüne birazcık serpilmiş ama salatanın içinde permesan yerine rendelenmiş mozerella peyniri,grisini yoktu, yerine solucanların delik deşik ettiği iki adet roka yaprağı, diğeri de taze olmadığı için solmuş...(ben evde. Kendi salatama bu delik yaprakları koymuyorum, siz 42 tl değer biçtiğiniz salataya koyabiliyorsunuz)
Sayın yetkili bu salataya 42 tl ücret alıyorsunuz ama ayıplı ürün satıyorsunuz... Menünüzde yazanı servis etmelisiniz edemiyorsanız ayıplı mal satıyorsunuz demek, tüketici haklarına aykırı bir durum.

Tonight I went to Samsun Piazza Mado branch to eat a salad. I ordered the chicken caesar salad to eat. It should contain lettuce blended with Caesar salad dressing, spicy croutons, sliced chicken thighs, Parmesan cheese and grissini.
Wet, undried lettuce leaves with an unknown dressing (not related to Caesar dressing), crunchy white and whole wheat bread, probably left over from the day before, instead of spicy croutons, well-marinated chicken breast (I chose it because it's thighs) of the salad. It was sprinkled a little on top, but instead of parmesan, there was no grated mozzarella cheese and grissini in the salad, instead of it two pieces of rocket leaves riddled with worms, and the other withered because it wasn't fresh... (I'm at home. I don't put these holey leaves in my own salad, you value 42 TL. you can put it in salad)
Dear official, you charge 42 TL for this salad, but you are selling a defective product... If you cannot serve what is written on your menu, saying that you are selling defective goods is a violation of consumer rights.
I've been disgraced with my money, don't be you.
