Birazönce yaşadığım sıkıntıyı yazmak istiyorum.içeri girdiğimde 1 çalışan ve kasada duran bir çalışanınız vardı içerdeki görevli etiket yapıştırıyor ve yanına gidip yardımcı olmasını istedim biraz beklememgerektiğini söyledi ben oraya işimi halledip çıkmak için girdim ki kısıtlı bır zamanım vardı içeride bn ve 1 tane müşteri var kalabalıkta değil kasada duran bayana seslendim yardımcı olucak başka bırı varmı ödemeyi alıyım geliyorum dedı bayan o çalışanınızın önünde durdum yuzune bakıyorum istif bozmadan hala etiket yapıştırıyor. Amacın ne dedım nasıl bir calışma anlayası bu dedım bu yaptığımda iş dedi etiketleri gösterip kusura bakmayında çalışıyorsa bir elemanın ilk işi müşteriye yanıt vermektir daha snr yapıcağı işe geri dönmesidir.. Lütfen rica ediyorum böyle çalışma prensibiyle devam eden çalışanınıza gereken neyse onun yapılmasını istiyorum bir daha adım dahi atmıcağım bir yer olarak kalıcaksınız!!!!!
