I was regularly buying there until I tried some wine that was clearly corked and undrinkable. I brought it the next day with receipt and the manager simply answered that they don't refund alcoholic beverage, when i was simply asking not to refund but to exchange the damage product.
This is highly direspectful and a basic violation of consumer rights. Macrocenter is responsible for the quality of the products its selling and surely cannot escape such responsability behind a politic of non-refund.
Especialy when the product is damaged.
