★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yorum yapan diğer kişiler, devamlı çalışanların kaba olduğunu söyleyip durmuş. Ben açıldığından beri üyeyim, düzenli devam ediyorum, daha çalışanların bir kabalığını görmedim. Hepsi çok iyiler. Özellikle salonun temizliği gayet güzel, temizlikçiler her gün temizlik yapıyor.
Other commentators kept saying that the employees were rude. I've been a member since I opened, I've been going regularly, I haven't seen a roughness of employees yet. They're all very good. Especially the cleanliness of the hall is very nice, the cleaners do the cleaning every day.

When they are going to register for membership, there is a lot of attention and care, but when it comes to withdrawal, both the application, the customer service and the Kolcenter employees are completely concerned about prolonging the process and making additional payments.. it's completely disgraceful, there can't be another referral system that is such a disgrace...

It's a ridiculous place. I went for 6 months and then I went to another gym and realized that it was an unnecessary place.

You can never see the teachers with red thirt who are assigned to help you in the hall. They make gold members. The only advantage is to get water from the water bank, and it will never work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2019 yılında başlayıp 2020 Mart ayında pandemi tedbirlerinin yeterli olmadığını düşündüğüm için üyeliğimi bitirmek istedim. Sözleşmeye göre 3 aylık daha ödemem bulunmaktaydı fakat pandemiden dolayı herhangi borç olmadığı iletildi. 3 ay önce icra göndermişler 400 TL için itiraz edip karşı dava açtım. Hizmetin ve güvenin bitti yer diyebilirim. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.
I wanted to end my membership since I thought that the pandemic measures that started in 2019 and in March 2020 were not enough. According to the contract, I had 3 more months of payment, but it was reported that there was no debt due to the pandemic. They sent enforcement 3 months ago, I objected and filed a counterclaim for 400 TL. I can say that your service and trust are over. I definitely do not recommend.

Ben yıllık üyelik yaptırıp aylık 170 lira ödemeye başladım. Umarım 1 yılda istediğim sonuca ulaşabilirim. Yakında grup derslerine katılmayı düşünüyorum. üç gün hiç hamlamadan vücudumu alıştırarak dengeli bir şekilde spor yapmam için yönlendirildim. Randevu alıp vücudunuzun neye ihtiyacı olduğunu ve ne kadar fazlalığınız olduğunu eğitmenlerin yaptığı ölçüler sayesinde öğrenebiliyorsunuz. Mobil uygulamalarıyla rahatça giriş çıkış yapabilirsiniz. Daha anlatmaya üşendiğim bir çok şey var. Umarım Atakum'da bir şube daha açarlar. Kendilerine teşekkür ederim
