★ ★ ★ ★ ★ B. press yapmak için Allah ın sevgili kullarından olmanız lazım, eve yakın olduğu için 2. kez yıllık üyelik yaptım ancak bittikten sonra yenilemeyi düşünmüyorum. saat 3, 4 gibi gidince bile bench press, barbell squat gibi çalışmalar yapılan tüm alanlarında sıra var. Bu sorun net şekilde görünmesine rağmen yıllardır dediğim alanların sayısı arttırılmadı.

Saatlerce telefonda oynuyor, size tavsiyem Cepa MACfit daha sakin ve memur ile elit kesimin ağırlıklı geldiği bir spor salonu, ANKAmall MACfit e sadece sabah erken gelmeniz gerekiyor,o da imam ile birlikte kalkarsanız
I can say that this is the most crowded MACfit in Ankara, I deserve social distance, I come occasionally because I am a Gold member, but I definitely do not recommend it, there is no such thing as respect in MACfit here, he sits on the coffee table and works there until the evening. He plays on the phone for hours, my advice to you is Cepa MACfit is a quieter gym where civil servants and elites come predominantly. You only have to come to ANKAmall MACfit early in the morning, if you wake up with the imam.
