★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burada oturmuyoruz iş dolayısıyla geldik.Gittiğimiz her şehirde ve ev alışverişlerimde hep Migros’u tercih ederim.Çalışanlar saygılı ve düzgün konuşuyorlar fakat bütün deneyimsiz tecrübesiz elemanları bir araya nasıl toplamışlar anlayamadım.Üç kez gittim hepsinde kasada problem yaşadım ürünü yanlış geçiyor yada ürün kodunu bulmakta baya vakit harcıyor ,indirimli ürününü normal fiyatından geçiyor,ben farkedip söylüyorum iptal edip ürünleri baştan geçiyor vs. vs. Bölgede tek Migros mağazası olduğu için ürün çeşitliliği daha fazla olabilir.Yine de verdiğiniz hizmet için teşekkürler.

I went three times, I had a problem at the cash register, the product is wrong or it is hard to find the product code. spends time, passes the discounted product at its normal price, I realize and say that I cancel it and go over the products, etc. etc. Since it is the only Migros store in the region, the product range may be more. Raf etiketinde indirimli olduğunu söyledim. Benim hatalı baktığım söylendi. Israr edince üye indirim kartına olabileceği söylendi. Üye kartı aldım. Yine yüksek fiyat çıktı. Bir üst yetkiliye söylendi. Yoğun olduğunu fiyatın sisteme veya etikete yanlış girilmiş olacağı söylendi. Düzeltme girişimi olmadı. Kartı ve ürünleri iade etmek zorunda kaldım.
