Akşam saatleri Batmandan Gaziantep e kadar Muavin koltuğuna oturan bir adamla şoförün muhabbetini dinlemek zorunda kaldım, sırf bunun için kulaklık takıyordum. Ankara’ya kadar sadece iki tesiste mola verdi, ikinci molayı vermeden 2 saat önce tuvalet ihtiyacı ve sabah namazı için ne olduğu belirsiz bir yerde durup ihtiyacımızı giderdik. Müşteri memnuniyetine nispeten önem veren tek kişi muavindi, çift yıldızı da onun için verdim, Firma olarak konuşacak olursam memnun kalmadım.

In the evening, from Batman to Gaziantep, I had to listen to the chauffeur's conversation with a man sitting in the assistant's seat, just for this I was wearing headphones. Until Ankara, we stopped in only two facilities, 2 hours before we took the second break, we stopped in an uncertain place for the need for toilet and morning prayer and met our needs. The only person who pays particular attention to customer satisfaction was the assistant, I gave the double star for him, and if I speak as a company, I am not satisfied.
