Excellent choice, friendly and informative service, good prices. Definitely worth a look to lighten your life.

The poorest customer service and the most incompetent staff. We placed an order and paid for two lamps and were told it would be 3-4 weeks to be ready. We checked back after 4 weeks and to our disappointment, we found out that the order was lost and never sent to the factory. At this point we canceled the order and asked for a refund. A month later and we still yet to receive our refund. They've given us the run-aroubd and every week we are told it will be another week for the refund to be processed. We have made 3 trips to the store to check on the status of the refund only to be told it will be another week to 10 days for the credit to be processed and show up on my credit card. Again, this is the most dysfunctional company and staff and they're definitely not worthy of your business.
