Americano coffee söyledik. Gelen americano değildi. Uyardigimizda müşterilerin Americano yu sert bulduklari icin yumusak hazırlandığı gibi bir bahane sunuldu.
1 bardak americano ya kaç kahve çekirdeği ve kac derece de hazırlandığını bilen birine yapilacak en saçma yorumdur bu.
Benim bildiğim amerikano dünyanın her yerinde americano dur. Sulu kahve değil.
Işletme konum olarak cok güzel ama bu hatalar dolayisi ile , kahveden sonra verecegimiz yemek siparişinden vaz geçtik.
Dolayisi ile size göre ufak hatalar ve verilen yanlış cevaplar , müşteri kaybiniza neden olacaktir.

We said Americano coffee. It was not americano that came. When we warned, an excuse was given as it was prepared softly because customers found Americano to be harsh.
This is the most ridiculous comment to make to someone who knows how many coffee beans and how many degrees they are prepared for 1 cup of americano.
The american I know is americano all over the world. It's not watery coffee.
The business location is very good, but because of these mistakes, we gave up the food order we will give after coffee.
Therefore, according to you, small mistakes and wrong answers will cause your customer loss.
