Luna Boutique hotel Kaleçi

This little and cute hotel has its charm. The staff is fantastic but I do not understand how only one person can be the receptionist, cleaner and everything else at the same time? I would definitely stay here again and the location is the best! The rooms are very clean and modern but small, and the bed is very comfortable. But when you go out and take the key from the room the fridge will also be without electricity. This is not good. Everything inside the fridge will be warm. The massage shower in the bathroom did not work at all. The water beams went everywhere else but on your body. Why not just have a normal working shower? There was a water boiler in the room but only one coffee cup (and two glasses) and many Nescafes but only one milk powder. The hair dryer in our room (103) worked but made some strange sounds so it has to be replaced. After cleaning we had no soap and the loo bin had no new plastic bag, so I had to fix that myself. But overall the room was super clean and smelled very fresh! There is no safety box in the rooms and the receptionist said this is because the whole hotel is so safe with a receptionist 24/7 but almost every time when we left or wanted to get the key there was nobody at the reception. We had to look for the receptionist many times. This was little annoying. These things I'm complaining about are just small things and they are so easy to be fixed but the atmosphere of this small boutique hotel is fantastic and the Beer Zone pub downstairs is very nice as is the staff. Nice to sit there and grab a beer or a hamburger and watch all people walking by. The location is in the absolute center of the old city (kaleici) and only 1,2 km to the big shopping center of Antalya. I would definitely recommend this hotel. If they will fix these small issues I will give four stars. If they will fix a bar at the roof terrace I will give it five stars because of the sea view from the roof.

Location was good if you want to be staying out at the bars and pubs in the heart of town and have zero quality sleep... the bar right below runs till late/ early hours and even after there’s a lot of sounds/table crashing (?) in the wee hours of the morning. All that was totally unexpected As we were told the bar closes 1/2am. That aside, room amenities were very basic - no shampoo nor tooth brush/tooth paste so thankfully we were prepared with our own supplies. The sheets smelled nice but the bed was not comfortable at all, we woke up with huge body aches. It was strange our room was not cleaned at all, perhaps we should have left a sign at the door? We didn’t have the breakfast as we went out to other places. It’s good value for money but if I was more prepared about the noise at night, I would have rated this place higher.

Great hotel with a great location. Owner is a such a nice an helpful guy. For free you get advices to avoid tourist scams. Cheers to the best boutique hotel in Antalya. We will come back.

If you are coming to Antalya and want to experience proper Kaleici old city life you should stay in this hotel. Very friendly staff, super nice rooms, restaurant with yummy food under the hotel and you will be staying in the center of everything :)

Hotel is located in a busy area with several restaurants and bars. There is a nice sea view within couple of minutes from the hotel. It’s a typical boutique hotel with a small room. Breakfast was very simple with very limited food items. p.s. It’s difficult to find a car parking inside the old city. The best option may be the indoor parking area of Municipality located just outside the old city area.
