Horrible horrible horrible! If i could give 0 star i would.. If the ministry of tourism was doing their job around here this place would be 3 stars and not 5 star resort. The staff are very disrespectful and seem to be working by force especially the bar tenders, you have to literally beg them for anything you need even though you book ultra all inclusive you will get bad service. The bar smells horrible and the drinks are nasty. Would not recommend this place for anyone who wants to enjoy their time. Someone got cut on the head and bled inside the pool and nobody did anything about it.

Family oriented hotel, a lot of animation, very clean, excelent food, good service, 7 min walk to beach, many shops near the hotel.

Dear tourists I really disliked the hotel. The beach is next to a big smelly sewer. The lobby bar smells horrible. The outdoor space is small. The food is terrible and unhealthy. Every afternoon the staff bring outside near the pool grills that smell bad and you can not enjoy swimming in the pool. Every 2 nights the power goes off. The internet sucks. The restaurant staff is very unorganized. You have to wait for a bus to pick you up from the hotel to get to the beach or you will walk 5 minutes near that big smelly sewer and the elevators are allways slow. And now the good things. The beach is lovely. The pools are clean. The shops are near and the beach bar gives you food at lunch. In conclusion, do not choose this hotel in case you did not have another option. I will write this review also on TripAdvisor. Have a nice day! ?

We were delighted with our stay at Luna Blanca last month. Top class hotel with such friendly staff, and for such a reasonable price. It was a perfect place for us and a few families  to meet up. Very suitable for a holiday with young children - swimming pools, beach, children's activities. No hesitation to recommend. We definitely plan to go back!

I went my friends few days ago and I must say the staff was very disrecpectful. Their behaviour so heartbreaking. We are not a kids. We went for having fun some. But you did not allow to even listening music via your own music player. Everything was forbidden. Mosquitos were everywhere. Just I want to say one thing, you should go another hotel for having good time,DON'T COME

I really liked the hotel, it s style and services. Employees are very polite , they always say Hi and are always there to help. The cleaning is on top , it s done everyday and also the beach is tidy. The beach is not far, around 5 min max of walking , very nice sand and the water is not deep. The only disadvantage now is that Turkey has a lot of coronavirus restrictions and hotels cannot host shows as they usually do, food is diverse but not as usual due to the corona situation but it s more than enough. Internet is very good , you have it everywhere in the resort. Near the hotel you have a lot of shops snd you can take long walks. I would definitely consider to come back next year.

Fantastic experience. I really appreciate everyone who provided the best service while me, my wife and my kid stayed at the hotel. All of them were great and well trained. However, there were some who went an extra mile by providing extra services like Osman ozturk, Alican and Civan Sarhad. From the day one, when we stop by to the hotel in order to see the hotel before moving in from another hotel, we were amazed and impressed by Ali Can's hospitality and friendly behavior, which led us to check in to the hotel asap. Upon our arrival, we also found Civan Sarhad in the reception, very supportive and very friendly. To be also mentioned, the kitchen team are amazing, such as Ibrahim "Restourant Manager", Nacib " Restaurant Manager", Adam "Souschef", zaffer and muzaffer " kitchen guys", Gocan “cafeteria guy”, as well as Ismail "Kitchen guy " who serves breads. Furthermore, Osman Ozturk a fantastic guy from guests relations, Ibrahim, Adam and Nacib from restaurant team always welcome the guests by speaking very friendly in at least four languages, Turkish, English, Russion and German, which makes the guests feel home. Moreover, a bar guy named Esmet is very busy in the bar, but he is always too energetic and with his friendly smile toward guests, he provides an additional positive energy to the guests. At last, but not least, brilliant service, environment, room and food. i would definitely come again and recommend to my family and friends. Luna Blanca team, break a leg for additional great services and upcoming successes.
