A disgraceful company takes every opportunity to put you in a difficult situation, and angry and rude people who answer the phone instead of a solution are really not a reason for preference, such a company that does not suit such a corporate staff and system ????
M	Murat Agis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hayatımda yaptığım en iyi yolculuklar oldu diyebilirim. İstanbul'dan Mersin'e gittim şu anda da mersinden İstanbul a gidiyorum. Hostes ve muavin arkadaşlar çok Güleryüzlü, bu kadar zorlu görev yapan insanların Güleryüzlü olması bence çok takdire şayan bir olaydır. insanları sevdiklerine, hayallerine, tatillerine vb bir şehirden başka bir şehire taşıyorlar neticede. Yüzlerce otobüsü olan isim yapmış ( yani paraya doyan) firmalardan kat kat daha iyi hizmet var bence. Ayrıca mutlaka olumsuz deneyim yaşayan insanlar olmuş olabilir. Neticede herşey güllük gülistanlık olmuyor maalesef. Uzun lafın kısası ben çok memnun kaldım yolum düşerse mutlaka ilk tercihim olacaktır... I can say that it was the best trip of my life. I went to Mersin from Istanbul and now I am going to Istanbul from Mersin. Hostesses and assistants are very friendly, I think it is very admirable that people who do such a difficult task are friendly. After all, they carry people to their loved ones, dreams, vacations, etc. from one city to another. I think there is a much better service than the companies that have hundreds of buses and have made a name (that is, they are full of money). Also, there must have been people who had negative experiences. In the end, unfortunately, not everything is rosy. Long story short, I'm very satisfied, if my way goes, it will definitely be my first choice...

Araçta maske kontrolü ve uyarısı sıfır ? 9 numaralı koltuktaki hanımefendi kendini yazar olarak tanıttı bize ayakkabılarını çıkarıp beyaz patikleriyle ayaklarını öndeki koltuk arasına uzatarak yolculuğuna devam etti ? uyarı aldı fakat kimseyi umursamadı.Lüx Mersin acilen kendini yenilemelisin….! Dönüşte kesinlikle seni tercih etmeyeceğim.28.08.2021 23:30 aracı 11-12 numaralı yolcular…. Not:hostesimiz çok mütevaziydi saygılar ?? I chose to travel from Ankara to Mersin on 28.09.2021. The ticket price was said to be 70 TL on the phone, and when we went to buy a ticket, it was cut as 90 TL. When I asked the reason, we received an answer that the raise came. day ? ? Mask control and warning in the vehicle is zero ? The lady in seat number 9 introduced herself as a writer, took off her shoes and stretched her feet between the front seat with her white booties and continued her journey ? she received a warning but she didn't care. Toplamda iki yolculuk yaptım gidiş dönüş. Gidişte ve gelişte herşeyiyle mükemmeldi. Şaka falan yapmıyorum. Cidden uygun ve güzel bir firma. Dönüşte muavin aynı olmasa dahi şöför aynıydı ve çok anlayışlı bir kişiydi muavin de aynı şekilde samimi biriydi. Otobüs kalkışında ve her mola sonrası otobüse bindiğimizde kolonya ve içecek (çay,kahve..fln) verilmesi gayet güzel bir uygulama idi. Eğer bir daha Mersin'e gidecek olursam bu firmayı en başta değerlendireceğim. Teşekkür LÜKS MERSİN. Are you satisfied? Or how was your journey? If there was no question asked in style, my answer would be as follows; PERFECT ? I made two trips in total, round trip. It was perfect on the way out and on the way. I'm not kidding. Seriously good and affordable company. Even if the assistant was not the same on the way back, the driver was the same and he was a very understanding person, and the assistant was also a sincere person. It was a very good practice to give cologne and beverages (tea, coffee,..fln) at the bus departure and when we boarded the bus after each break. The price tends to be lower than other agencies', and the travel experience has been fluid and comfortable.
