Yolculuk ve hizmet fenâ değildi.
Ancak bugün 08.15 sularında normalde Rize terminale girmesi gereken otobüsünüz beni elimdeki çantamla terminâle yaklaşık bir km uzaklıkta bıraktı..
Muavin "Aaa terminal ilerde"diye beni uğurladı.
Şikâyetçi değilim ama bu gibi olumsuzluklar firmanızı olumsuz etkiler.
Ben hep Rize arabalarıyla geliyordum,bir daha firmanızın arabalarına bitmeyeceğini söyleyeyim.
Muavininiz uyarlanışı istiyorum.
Dear company managers... your car did not enter the Sultanbeyli platform at 14.30 yesterday, we were taken by service.
The journey and service were not bad.
However, your bus, which should normally enter the Rize terminal at around 08.15 today, left me with my bag about one km away from the terminal.
