One of my worst experiences. I have to be objective here. 1- the yachts and boats here are good. 2- the staff speak English and friendly. And when things going well, you are super lucky, but they are the worst for their unprofessional and unethical business practices. I will tell you my story and you judge for yourself. I booked a boat online, and I got their booking confirmation and they even asked for my documents and my crew's for the transit log. But when I arrived they said to me that my booking was canceled. They stopped replying my calls. And you can see from the timing that they canceled at the last 20 minutes of the working day on Friday, and after I arrived at the airport, they didn't refund my money, and when I went to the office they said "Sorry it is weekend so we can't refund the money, you have to wait until next week". The second day I went to the Marina just to find that they charterd the same boat to another group, for a higher price. I did some digging and found that they are doing this... - They post their boats at different sites with different prices. - And the highest price is directly at the office. - They wait for the highest bidder. So if you are unlucky like me, (I booked online on Monday), and let us say someone booked on Friday with a higher price, they will cancel your booking and give the boat to who pay higher, and they will drag the refund process for ever. And trust me. The police and the law are useless here, you have no rights as a foreigner, and they don't compensate for damages. The police will take the Turkish side no matter what, unless you have a very strong embassy to call and they pull some strings, you will get nothing, no boat and no refund.

Great boats and service. Friendly staff. Very convenient location: marina guests may use the hotel infrastructure like bar, swimming pool, etc.

A perfect company and team for sailing holidays. Always right on time and quality service. New and comfortable boats with extra equipment.

We’ve been in Fethiye / Göcek for the first time and we also chartered at Lovesail the first time. We loved the warm welcome of the courteous and heplful charter crew. We had a few small issues with the boat but the staff helped us out, we really felt safe and in good hands. We will definitely charter again at Lovesail. They love what they do, they love sailing. I also recommend to stay at Yacht classic hotel, really nice hotel next to the lovesail marina.
