Disappointment - hayal kırıklığı When we come receptions lady give us not ready room. Bellboy bring us dirty and not cleaning room of course not his fault. And than change room but new also with all smooking smell stay everywhere. Finally 3. Room we think ok. But tv all 4 nights can not watching my son he is all the time suffer without cartoon. Maybe 5 times technic service student guy try repair after another man come and chance tv but also problem not finish. About internet I don't want comment always connection problem and signal low... these 2** only for in the evening restaurant personal and cleaning ladies. There is Masjid in the lobby nice one thing. But when U pray always will hear music is it not logical... so I'm not glad to choice this hotel. Geldiğimizde verilen oda hazır değildi sonrasında değiştirilen oda sigara dumanı içindeydi kapıdan giremedik nihayetinde verilen 3. Odaya tamam dedik ama 4 gece boyunca tv ye bakamadık görüntü yoktu olduğu zamanda gözümüzü bozacak şekilde karıncalıydı. Belkide 5 defa teknik serviste çalışan bir stajyer yolladılar sonrasında bie teknik servis geldi sanırım:) tv yi kabloyu değiştirdiler ama problem çözülmedi. Bizden ziyade oğlum çizgi film izleme konusunda bayağı bir işkence çekti. İnternet konusunda yorum bile yapmak istemiyorum. Sürekli bağlantı sorunu vardı ve sinyal yok gibi bişeydi. Otelde spa bölümü var fakat işlevsiz buhar odası arızalı diye bir yazı asmışlar tatilimiz bitene kadar 1 defa kullanmadım eşimle oğlum 10 dakika sadece havuzu kullanmışlar orasıda ufacık ve spada çalışan bir bayan var masaj fiyatlarını sordum 250₺ küsür bir fiyat söyledi yarım saat masaj için. Biraz tuzlu bulduğumu belirttim pek memnun olmadı ve negatif konuşmaya başladı sokak ağzı ile hitap etti bence pazarda çalışmalı 4**** lı bir tesisin spasında daha diksiyon sahibi birisini görmek isterdim. 2** sadece akşam yemeği servis personeli ve temizlik için verdim. Şunuda belirtmek isterim mescid düşünülmesi güzel belkide sadece arap misafirler için düşünülmüş olabilir diye düşünüyorum. Yinede çoğu otelin yapmadığı bişey yapılmış ama müzik eşliğinde namaz kılmak zorunda kalıyorsunuz lobide çalan bütün müzik direk içeride hiç normal değil. Evet haliyle bu oteli seçtiğim için hayal kırıklığı yaşadım.

Nice and comfortable hotel, room is spacious, breakfast is good and dinner was also delicious..but the indoor swimming pool for women smelled very chlorine and unhealthy..staff are friendly and the place is suitable for children.

İt's one of the best hotels that i have stayed so far. Food is nice swimming pool and spa facilities are clean and well maintained. Room is huge and also balcony is very nice. Highly recommended.

Hotel Lova is a very calm and quite hotel and the reception was very friendly in arranging my taxi back to airport and also to extend my stay for late checkout. The rooms were big and has a good balcony. Beds are comfy. Breakfast was good. Areas which require improvement from the hotels side are 1. Have someone to assist guests with their luggage from taxi and back to taxi. 2. WiFi was very weak even after informing 3 times and had to use cellular data after losing hope. 3. Carpet is a very wrong choice in the room and looks dirty especially during corona it feels uncomfortable.

It's a nice hotel slightly far from the crowded city center. There's buses coming and going from the city every few minutes. The staff are very helpful and friendly. There are indoor and outdoor pools and good spa service. There are people in the reception who speak good English, which is much needed. Room service stuff were very prompt. The food was very good and there was a lot of variety. I highly recommend people to take the option of the half board plan. I am especially grateful to Mr Oğuz Tuna for his hospitality and kindness. We will definitely go back again. My only problem was that the room had slightly old worn-out pillows and quilt covers. There were some stains.

The hotel is amazing When you get in osama greets you and explain to you the hotel amenities then you meet the lady at the front desk she will great you with her smile the spa the pool the breakfast all are awesome I enjoyed my stay i will definitely come back
