Başvuru sürecinde talep ettikleri evrakları eksiksiz olarak gönderdiğimizde 2 gün sonrasına parmak izi için gün aldılar. Bu kadar hızlı, profesyonel çalışma ve sürekli bilgilendirme nezaketi gösteren başka bir firma tanımıyorum. Tüm ekibe tekrar teşekkür ediyorum. (4 hafta gibi kısa bir sürede vizemiz geldiğini belirtmek isterim)
I had the opportunity to meet Ms. Tuğba Akant from the Long Visa team at the suggestion of my colleagues. We applied for a 10-year UK visa on behalf of my mother with them. When we sent the documents they requested in the application process in full, they took a day for fingerprints 2 days later. I do not know of any other company that shows such fast, professional work and the courtesy of continuous information. Thanks again to the whole team. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i could rate them less than 1 start i would to it because 1 star rate is even too much for them, Very weak and rude customer support, Very slow people and unprofessional, They just wasted my time about 1 week and even didn't replied to my messages! I've had full documents for Shengen visa even invitation nut with their management i almost lost my VISA time and not sure if i can receive that anymore or not.
This is your choice to decide but if you want to waste your time like me you can choose them.
