Osmanlıca "Rahat ul-hulküm" yani boğaz rahatlatan kelimesinden türeyen lokum, yaklaşık 15. yüzyıldan bu yana Anadolu'da bilinmektedir. 17. yüzyılda eski adı "Karahisar-ı Sahip" olan günümüz adıyla Afyonkarahisar'lı ustalar tarafından Osmanlı Padişahları'na kuvvet macunu olarak üretilen lokum daha sonraki yıllarda Padişah Fermanı ile İmparatorluk sınırları içinde de yaygınlaştırılmıştır. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vişneli ekmek kadayıfı (manda kaymaklı) aldık. Kadayıf gayet güzeldi. Manda kaymağını ise belki alışık olmadığımdan beğenmedim. Çok ağır, kokusu ve tadı yapay bir madde gibiydi. Kahve ikramı iyi. Şeker olarak glikoz yerine pancar şekeri kullanmaları iyi. Her tip efsane tatlı mevcut. Kaliteli bir yer.
 We took the sour cherry bread (sodas). Kadayif was pretty good. I didn't like the fact that I was not accustomed to watering the buffalo. It was very heavy, smelt and tasted like an artificial substance. Good coffee. It's good for sugar to use beet sugar instead of glucose. Each type of legend is present in sweet. Good quality place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tek kelime ile 10 numara yər. Bütün lokum çeşitleri taze ve hijyenik şekilde üretilip satılıyor. Çıkmadan dondurmalı irmik helvası bı yemeden gitmeyin bence.
In one word, it is number 10. All Turkish delight varieties are produced and sold in a fresh and hygienic manner. I don't think you should go without eating semolina halva with ice cream before you leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eski kalitesi maalesef kalmamış. 1 kilo fıstıklı ve klasik irmik helvası aldım. İrmik helvasından soğudum resmen. Tamamen ekşimiş bir tadı vardı ikisinin de. Direkt çöpe attım. Güvenerek tadına bakmadan aldım. Hata etmişim.
Alttaki yorumlara baktığım zaman bu kötü deneyimin bir sefere mahsus olmadığını da görebiliyorum. İnsanların bozuk ürünlerinizden sık sık şikayet etmesini umarım dikkate alırsınız ve bozuk ürünler satmaya bir son verirsiniz.
Unfortunately, the old quality is gone. I bought 1 kilo pistachio and classic semolina halva. I'm officially cold from semolina halva. Both had a completely sour taste. I threw it straight in the trash. I bought it without tasting it. I made a mistake.
When I look at the comments below, I can see that this bad experience is not a one-time experience. I hope you take into account the frequent complaints of people about your broken products and stop selling them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tatlılar biraz bayat dı yani, her gün yenisi yapılmıyor eski lokum ve tatlıları tezgahta tutmaya devam ediliyor. Temizlik bakımında yeteri kadar temiz ve alışveriş merkezinin güzel bir yerinde bulunuyor. Tatlı çeşidi çok ama dediğim gibi biraz bayatlar. Personellere gelirsek klasik firma çalışanı diyebilirim. Kısaca yemek yedikten sonra tatlı yemek için ideal bir yer.
Desserts were a bit stale, so no new ones are made every day, old Turkish delight and sweets are kept on the counter. It is clean enough in maintenance and located in a nice part of the mall. There are many kinds of sweets, but as I said, they are a bit stale. As for the personnel, I can say that they are classic company employees. In short, it is an ideal place to have dessert after dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 07.12.2021 akşam 19 :35 civarı uğradim lokum ve kurutulmuş meyve aldım personel hizmet çok iyi ama özellikle kurulmuş meyve sadece şeker tadında meyve aroması hiç alamadım verdiğim paraya değmez diyorum kilosu 120lira olan bir ürünün kalitesi bukadar düşük olmamali hem çok yumuşaktı gevreklik hiç yoktu hemde aroma olarak çok zayiftı. Tekrar gitmeyi dusunmuyorum
I stopped by around 19:35 pm on 07.12.2021 I bought Turkish delight and dried fruit, the staff service is very good, but especially the established fruit, I did not get any fruit flavor with a sweet taste, I say it is not worth the money I paid, the quality of a product whose weight is 120 liras should not be that low, it was very soft, there was no crispness and aroma. as it was very weak. I don't plan to go again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ankara Optimum alış veriş merkezinin içinde. Çalışanlar çok iyi. Bol lokum ve tatlı çeşidi var. Kaymaklı lokum çok güzeldi. Optimum avm nin giriş katının üstünde.
Inside the Ankara Optimum shopping center. Staff are very good. There are many kinds of Turkish delight and sweets. Turkish delight with cream was very good. Above the ground floor of the Optimum Mall.
