★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bağlıca da 50 tane ev gezdim sanırım fiyat/performans anlamında buradan daha iyisini bulamadım. Kesinlikle daha iyi projeler var fakat onlarda çok pahalı. Projenin katma değeri yüksek bir bakın derim.
I have visited 50 houses in Bağlıca, I guess I could not find a better place in terms of price / performance. There are definitely better projects, but they are very expensive. I would say look at the project with a high added value.

The apartments are spacious. We liked the large balcony very much. Cloakroom room and laundry room are considered. The materials used are of good quality. It has a large covered car park.

The interior of the house is good, the landscape is weak. The entrance is uphill. With the latest interest rate cut, they became very full sellers. We found the prices high.
