★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ailecek gelip iki oda kiraladık. İki odanında pencereleri kırıktı, kapanmıyorlardı. Gece soğuk oldu. Nevresim takımı yoktu, yıkanmamış olduğu için veremediler. Havlu da veremediler
Wifi çekmiyor. Temizlik de aramayın. Aynı ücrete bir sürü otel bulabilirsiniz.
 We came as a family and rented two rooms. The windows in both rooms were broken, they wouldn't close. It was cold at night. There was no bedding set, they could not give it because it was not washed. They couldn't provide towels either.
Wifi doesn't work. Don't look for cleaning either. You can find many hotels for the same price.

In my opinion, if you are looking for a safe, clean, caring and central accommodation in Diyarbakır, I would highly recommend it. A place to stay with peace of mind. Thanks to my oppressed brother, we stayed, and I'm glad we did. Now we have a place in our home environment where we will stay in Diyarbakır.

I Stayed For 2 Nights Forget All The Bad Comments, I Left Anxious From The Comments But So Diyarbakir Other Apartments etc.. More Luxurious, Cleaner Central Heating. Walking Distance to the Office is 10 minutes. Close to Everywhere And Very Clean And Comfortable.?

We stayed for about 12 days, everything was very nice. They have extremely courteous and caring employees, they worked hard for whatever we asked for. There is no need to look for more places, it is a business that I can recommend with peace of mind.

Bu arada telefonum düştü yanlışlıkla yatağın altına baktım bakmaz olaydım Uhud savaşından beri ugranmamis sanki oraya öyle pis son gün denk geldiğim için idare ettim yoksa aynı dk çıkardım

Eksik yanlar olarak; içeride bol bol sigara içilmiş ve kokulu küllükler bulunuyor, askı ve eşya koymak için dolap bulunmuyor, içeride dolaşmak için ev terlikleri ve banyo için plastik ortak terlik konulmuş. Tek kullanımlık ürünler kullanılırsa daha hijyenik ve güzel görünümlü olabilir diye düşünüyorum. Camlar da biraz eski olduğu için hiç biri açılmıyor. Dolapların üstü pek sık silinmediği için tozlu ve üzerine bir şey koymadan evvel kendimiz temizlemek zorunda kaldık. Olumlu tarafları olarak; içeride ısıtmak için gayet kullanışlı bir klima bulunuyor, istediğiniz zaman açıp kapatabilirsiniz. Yiyecek veya soğuk tutmanız gereken malzemeleriniz varsa ise onun için de mini bir buzdolabı mevcut. Ivır zıvır koymak için de komodini hemen yatakların yanında bulunuyor. Orta kısımda da uzun köşeli bir koltuk bulunuyor. Ekstra zaman geçirip tv izlemek için ideal. Konum olarak merkeze sadece yürüyerek 15 dakika sürdüğü için biraz uzak gibi kalıyor ama bunu bilerek seçiminizi yaparsınız. Ekstra havlu ve yastık kılıfı istediğimizde yenileri hemen gönderildi. Hizmet konusunda herhangi bir sıkıntı bulunmuyor.
The apartment is well maintained and in ideal condition for a stay. Bathrooms and toilets are adequately clean. As the missing sides; There are lots of smoked and smelly ashtrays inside, there are no hangers and cabinets to put things in, house slippers for walking around and plastic common slippers for the bathroom. I think it can be more hygienic and nice-looking if disposable products are used. Since the windows are a bit old, none of them open. Since the top of the cabinets is not cleaned very often, it is dusty and we had to clean it ourselves before putting anything on it. As the positive sides; There is a very useful air conditioner for heating inside, you can turn it on and off whenever you want. If you have food or materials that you need to keep cold, there is a mini fridge for it. The nightstand is right next to the beds to put your junk on. There is a long corner seat in the middle. Ideal for spending extra time watching TV. It seems a bit far from the center as it only takes 15 minutes by walking, but you make your choice knowing this. When we asked for extra towels and pillowcases, new ones were sent immediately. There are no problems with the service.
