Babaları esnaf lokantası işletirdi, şimdi amca çocukları birleşmiş, biriside istanbulda yıllarca buişin ustalığını öğrenene kadar çalışmış usta, şef olunca işi gelip memleketinde, amcaoğullarını toplayıp bu pastane, kafeyi açmış. Duydum gittim gayet şık, temiz vede geniş bir çeşit yelpazesi gördüm şaşırdım vede sevindim, onlarda beni görünce sevinçlerini, samimiyetlerini gördüm. İkramlar başladılar, tatlılar, pasta çeşitleri, kuru pastalar, ileri günlerde, börekleri, poğaça, simit, kekleri, harika ilgileri mükemmel, esnaflık tan geldikleri için insanlara nasıl hitap edeceklerini biliyorlar maşallah işleri çok iyi yolum olmadığı halde oradan gidip, tatlı, yaş pasta, kuru pasta tatlı çeşitlerinden orda alıyorum, taze, lezzetli, güler yüzlü hizmet orda. Hepsinin eline sağlık, hayırlı işler diler, bol kazançlar temenni ederim.
