22.02.2022 tarihinde covid rahatsızlıgım sebebiyle hastaneye gittim kan tahlilim sonrasında yatış işlemlerini başlattılar. Buraya kadar sorunsuz kurumsal yapısını sürdüren hastane servise geçtikten sonra sorunlarda yüzüstüne çıktı, suyum olmadıgından su istedim restoranın numarasını verdiler arayın isteyin dediler, arayıp su istedik servise çıkarmıyoruz çünki covid servisinde oldugunuz için ödemeyi alamıyoruz diye gönderemeyeceklerini söylediler. Neyseki su paralıymış pandemi bakım hizmeti adı altında ayrıca para alınsın yatak tarifesi ayrıca alınsın ama sudanda para alınsın neyse bunlar şikayete konu umsurlar degil ama son nokta çıkış esnasında oldu nezaketsizligin kurumsallıgın nekadar dışında davranıldıgını orda hissettim çıkış için asansörğ sordum kendi aralarında muhabbet eden 2 hemşire suratıma bakmadan köşede dediler köşeye gittim asansörler kartla çalışıyolarmış kart okutmadan çalışamıyacagını anlayınca geri döndüm muhabbet eden hemşirelerden çıkış için yardım edermisinşz asansörler açılmıyor dedigimde tavır yine aynıydı köşedeki çıkış kapısından sonra atık asansörüne binmeniz gerekiyor dendi ve başımdan aşagı kaynar sular döküldü, yatış yaparken tüm tetkikler için refakatçi ile asansörler kartlarla gidip gelinirken ayrıca hastane yatışındada kartlı asansör kullanılmışken çıkışta surata bakılmadan atık asansörü yarım yamalak tarif ediliyor. Atıl asansörünğ baya bir bekledikten sonra gerçekten koca bir çök konteynırının köşesinde sıkışarak inmeyi bekleyen ben ve personeller asansördeki koku tarif edilemezdi. Çıkış için aracımı istedigimde ayrıca otopark parası talep edilmeside ayrıca bir güzellikti. Nekadar fatura ödendigini hiç söylemeyeyim insanların moralinide bozmayayım hastane yönetiminin yetersiz oldugu hastanenin kurumsallıktan uzakta oldugu görülmüş olup, hasta memnuniyetsizligine sebebiyet vermiştir. Konuyla ilgili ayrıca hastane yönetimiyle şikayet konusunda görüşülecektir.

Luckily, water is paid, under the name of pandemic care service, additional money is taken, bed tariffs are charged separately, but money is taken for water anyway, these are not the cares that are the subject of the complaint, but the last point was during the check-out, I felt there how rudeness and institutionalism were treated, I asked the elevator for the exit, the 2 nurses chatting among themselves without looking at me. They said at the corner, I went to the corner, the elevators work with a card, I realized that they could not work without a card scan, so I came back from the chatting nurses. While the card elevator is used during the hospital stay, the waste elevator is described incompletely without looking at the face at the exit. After waiting for a long time in the idle elevator, I and the staff, who were really stuck in the corner of a big trash container and waiting to get off, the smell in the elevator was indescribable. When I asked for my car for the exit, it was also a nice thing to request parking money. Let me not tell you how many bills are paid, let me not upset people's morale, the hospital management was inadequate, it was seen that the hospital was far from institutionalism, and this caused patient dissatisfaction. Görüntü cafcaflı ama işleyiş sıkıntılı. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve elinden geleni yapmaya çalışıyor ama tecrübesizler. Çocuk muayene 280 TL, 1 günlük yatış 1000 TL oldukça pahali. Randevu ile geliyorum ve randevudan 40 dk sonra sıra geliyor 2 defadır. Asansörler sıkıntılı, çok bekletiyor binaya yakışmıyor. Kısacası tavsiye etmiyorum. Ben doktor için geldim ama hastanenin işleyişinde memnun kalmadığı için artık gelmeyeceğim.

Oldukça temiz bir hastane personellerin doktorların ve hemşirelerin ilğisi gayet iyi çocuk bölümü hemşiresi Zehra hanımın kızıma gösterdiği ilgiden çok memnun kaldık. Dr. Mert bey de her defasında detaylı muayene ediyor İlgileniyor.
It is a very clean hospital. The relations between the staff, doctors and nurses are very good. We were very pleased with the interest shown by Zehra, the nurse of the pediatric department, to my daughter. Dr. Mr. Mert also examines them in detail every time. He is interested.

Dear liv hospital, gaziantep Thank you very much for all your help in the past month. My Dad was infected with COVID, and wasn’t doing so well at first, but luckily once we admitted him here, his health started getting better. thanks to all the good staff this hospital has, every doctor, every nurse, every person that helped in my dad’s health, thank you from the bottom of my heart; Thank you. I’d like to give very special thanks to Dr. Osman Kopan, one of the best doctors ever, and Ms. Deniz.
