Worst private hospital ever they only think how they robbe you if you’re foreign, even the secretaries treated us badly

Never have I ever seen a hospital where your insurance policy works based on your nationality, stay clear from this racist scam of an institution.

If you’re Middle Eastern and especially Iraqi please don’t go to this hospital. They will charge you 3x more than any Nationally. Their doctors are the worst they require new tests everyday and will give you a results that no other doctor can understand them it’s ridiculous

We had a wonderful experience during our visit to this medical facility and we had excellent translator that made our visit as smooth as possible shout out to Ayaan

Very clean, very professional, latest equipment..... Only con was we had to pay 800TL/$60 for normal visit since we are US citizen definitely on the high end...

It is the worst hospital in Ankara. I had an appointment but I had to wait more than 1 hour for doctor. And it wasn’t a doctor’s fault, it was a receptionist fault: she didn’t want to do anything. She decided if I am foreigner so she can impolite with me. And this situation wasn’t first time. I hope hospital administration is able to change policy of patients service.

No star would be better actually! If not for the doctors, ideally recommend not to have anything to do with Liv! Ref. Liv Ankara: - Many elevators, none properly working! - 5 max indicated for elevator, 15 gets on, nobody controls this! - Many people "working", only a few serving! When one leaves the desk, none of the others can help! - No phone number to reach the hospital, only a customer service line, which doesn't have direct line with hospital, dept, doctors but they can only take notes! - Too crowded, nowhere to wait safely. - No sufficient sanitiser around; and you have to touch everywhere incl. sanitisers (they cannot even think of getting the distributors with sensors). You would easily get Covid when you go there.
