★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cayyolu little sezar pizza 6 da siparis verdik 8 de geldi.Anlayışlı davrandik neyse dedik ama en azından sıcak olsun dedik.Saatler sonra buz gibi 2 pizza geldi beklediğimize değmedi. Aradık tamam yollayalim yenisini dediler bu sefer yine 2 saat geçti pizza yok ortada aç kaldık aksam yemeğimiz zehir oldu.Bide bulunduğumuz yer 10 dk mesafede.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Şimdiye dek dışarıdan verdiğim siparişlerde böyle bir rezillik hiç yaşamamıştım. Siparişim 1 saat sonunda ancak ulaştı. Parasını internet üzerinden ödediğinizde sizi hiç umursamıyorlar. Pizzalar gelene dek 1 kez şubeyi 1 kez de merkezi aradım. Müşteri temsilcisi siparişin sıcak bir şekilde teslim edileceğini belirtmesine rağmen gelen pizzalar buz gibiydi. İşin komik yanı gelen kurye zili çalıp pizzaları yere bırakıp kaçmış. Hatalarının farkında olmalarına rağmen, kuryenin en azından kurumu temsilen bir "kusura bakmayın" demesini beklerdim. Artık buradan ne bir daha sipariş veririm, ne de yakınlarıma verdirttiririm.
I have never experienced such a disgrace in external orders until now. My order only arrived after 1 hour. When you pay for it online, they don't care at all. I called the branch once and the center once until the pizzas arrived. Although the customer representative stated that the order would be delivered hot, the incoming pizzas were freezing. The funny thing is that the courier rang the bell, dropped the pizzas on the ground and ran away. Although they were aware of their mistakes, I would have expected the courier to say "excuse me" at least on behalf of the organization. From now on, I will neither order again nor have my relatives ordered.
