★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ltb gibi büyük ve kurumsal bir firma bir hafta önce alınmış hiç giyilmemiş etiketleri bile üzerinde olan bir ürünü sırf fatura yok diye değişim yapmadı.... Bu bir mağduriyettir ve bu mağduriyet firma tarafından giderilmedi...... Alışveriş yaparken müşteriye verilen değeride gözönüne alarak yapın.... Ben mağza yetkilisine de söylediğim gibi bir daha ltb yi tercih etmiyeceğim..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kafamız dalgın olduğunu fark eden çalışanlar bizi daha pahalı olan bir kampanyaya yöneltti. Daha sonrasında alışveriş tamamlandıktan sonra fiyatın pahalı olduğunu fark ettik. İade için geldiğimizde iade almadıklarını belirttiler. Biz de hiç ihtiyacımız olmadığı halde t-shirt,gömlek tarzı şeyler ile değişim yapmak zorunda kaldık. Asla ama asla tavsiye etmiyorum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ürünler sıkıntılı ama personel ilgili olduğu için 2 yıldız verdim. Fiyatlar pahalı, tasarımları geliştirmeleri gerekli. Değişim yapılıyor ama para iadesi yapmiyorlar...
I gave 2 stars because the products are troublesome but the staff is concerned. The prices are expensive, they need to improve the designs. Exchanges but no refunds...

Und jedes Mal super Beratung dank ihm finde ich bei LTB die passende Kleidung. Vielen Dank an Koray und das Team. Ich empfehle jeden hier einzukaufen sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
