A lot of problems with an unworthy manager who does not solve them.
Bad construction and low quality building.
It can be very friendly if you can set 4 of your friends in a 4 room suit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is like no place in the world. If you want to sense the real absurdity, you can come and visit this ridiculous building. From the point of beauty, it competes with the beautiful buildings in the world. Till now, no engineers can understand the techniques adopted in the construction of this building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walls between rooms are like a paper. In some of the rooms there is light coming out from the wall-ceiling interface. You can test it when the person in the next room turns the light on while you turn off the lights in th night. Concurrently all the sound is just passing through as if there is no wall in between. Construction of the overall building is very poor although it looks like fantastic design from the exterior. There is single electric oven in the kitchen which is very old. No microwave or regular small oven available. At last, the manager is reluctant to solve any problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good accommodation with allied kichenette and self service laundry. The major draw backs are that it did not have any cafe plus and game room and difficult to access specially during holidays and weekends. Some of the rooms facing south gets unbearably hot during summers. Most of the corridor s and lobbies remain dark throughout the day.
