I went for a job interview. I talked to a trainee lady. Neither did the interview. He's not very skilled.

But they could not offer a solution to the additional price I had to pay in the previous period. Still, I would like to thank them for offering a solution rather than saying that we cannot do something like Turkcell. Old comment: As mentioned in other comments, I was deceived by saying that let's improve your package, add Tv+ to your internet package and it's free, and now my monthly fee is 25 TL more expensive. They also made up the cover of everything, they also get signatures hastily in front of the door, so when they complain to Turkcell, they do nothing but say that you have your signature. Dealers don't record phone calls either, so we don't have any evidence. It is unbelievable that Turkcell turned a blind eye to all this.

Even 1 star is too much. I refer you to God. You called and talked and said a lot of things, you have suffered disgrace. How can an institution like Superonline work with you. I am still struggling to create a complaint file, to correct the mistake you made.

They say we are giving away tvplus in addition to fiber internet and they want tvplus's money after subscribing. They say we can't listen to recordings even though they have audio recordings.

The guys used my signature and subscribed, are these signatures the same :)) Now let's go to court and file a criminal complaint and see what happens.

Turkcel's customer satisfaction is one of the worst dealers. If you get it, it won't be taken care of for 4-5 months, and Turkcell Superonline will not stand by you :)

It is an institution that has made it a professional business to change your tariffs by giving incomplete information and misleading their customers and making a profit from it. There is no doubt that your invoice will be different from what you say. They say we are giving away tablets, they are saying we are giving away headphones. They say it's free, there is room for this in your package, there is no need for an extra cost. They say there is a Data line, even if you don't use it, they say it's free up to 10GB, but they charge a monthly fee, but for your information.
