no hot water
no clean bedding, stains on both duvet and bedsheet
stuff doesn't speak English and hardly even try to get propper communication
teenager girls at desk just giggling anytime they dont understand the problem (or pretend not to understand)
when i woke up at 8am there was nobody neither at reception or breakfast room and nothing was served
i was ready to leave at 8 40 and saw yawning girl leaving one of the rooms, when i said about breakfast she just pointed on kitchen room said breakfast there
but its still was empty and nothing served at all
i left it and will never come back
AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend this place. It is very clean and homey. Both the owners and the staff are very friendly and courteous. It is located at the heart of Kaş, very close to restaurants, travel agencies and bars. Please see the scenery from our room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is over all clean and refurbished. The breakfast was good. The rooms are extremely small as there's no space to store your luggage. Owner was very helpful as he provided us a Next-to-me for our 3mo baby.
