LİMONCELLO KONAKLI BEACH

TERRIBLE HOTEL I stayed in this hotel for ten days on May 2019 ... 1)Staffs dont know english 2)The elevator did not work 3) Room cooling system (air condition) didnt work and No one was accountable... I called more than 50 times with reception but they are not responsible and they dont have friendly behaviour... 5) for using of safety box you should pay 3 euro per day ... 6) for using of wifi you should pay 2 dollars per day ... 7)Noisy area (street, loud music) you can not sleep good at night... If you dont want to be nervous and enjoy of your trip , Do not go to this hotel....

New management make good job. Hotel management changed and they try to improve themselves. Clean rooms with tasty food. We will come back for sure

Mostly liked it. Room was clean, regurarly cleaned and with balcony, as promised. Two elevators. One of them wasn't working most of the time and max was 4 persons at the same time. Pool area was greate, enough chairs. Greate view to the mountains and private. Beach was a little rocky to into the water but bridge was ok. Noticed some day time activities in the pool. Entertainment every evening. Also for children. Hotel has it's own dance moves. That was fun. Possibility to go to Alanya for some bigger club to dance. Organized by hotel entertainers. Basically no free wifi, paid for it. Food was kind a same during the week. You can eat inside and outside. Outside there were some cats. Cute. Hammam, massage, sauna, SPA stuff. Reception: no English. You have to speak Russian. Often there were many waiters. I recommend this hotel

We have just came back from holidays in Limoncello Hotel (ex Konakli Club). Guest are mainly Russians, there were 3 families from Poland, 1 from Great Britain and maybe 2 from Germany. Staff speaks only Russian or Turkish, if you speak English only it will be hard to communicate with the personnel, who pretends not to understand English (three guys were speaking English indeed). And when you cannot be understood, you cannot claim on anything. And there were plenty of things you can claim. BAD THINGS: First - the hotel sells its offer as a 5-star hotel. In fact it should receive 2 maximum. Why? Rude staff at the lobby (exactly one young tall guy at the reception, who just left me and said he is not a slave to listen my claim about stolen towels and clothes from the pool area - you must know you make sunbed reservation with your own things for the whole stay (!) and one day the staff decided to collect all the things from the sunbeds because of important hotel managers visit - they took our things and put in different places around the pool, and my towels were missing. When I argued I heard from that man I can take any towel I like from those collected instead - private towels of the other guests!!). Other guys from the reception, service and especially restaurant are very nice and helpful and understanding. Second thing - DIRT. Dirt is a great hallmark of this place. Poor is okay until it’s clean. But Limoncello is both poor and dirty. Dirty bathrooms, dirty rooms, dirty and smelly toilets (even in the lobby), dirty and stinky air conditioners, dirty beach and sunbeds at the sea. GOOD THINGS: Food is not bad at all, our children and us were eating everything without getting sick as some people claim. If you do not expect prawns for breakfast and lunch you will appreciate that there is no lack of food. At any time. If you travel with your children you will appreciate the hotel area is not huge and extensive as e.g. in Egypt, and you can keep your eye on your kid for the whole day. You will appreciate the place itself, which is close to everywhere - beach, shops, SeaAlanya Park and Alanya itself. And gardens - with lemon trees, orange trees, banana trees, fig trees - absolutely picturesque! These were the things that let us stop thinking about placing the official claim to Mr B.B., the hotel manager and to Coral Travel Agency itself on the general conditions of the hotel. Unless you won’t expect much from this 5 or 4 star hotel you will not be severely disappointed - I mean you shall not expect room service everyday, clean floor and toilet and shower, emptying trash buckets, and cleaing hotel toilets (the one next to the pool slides was just disgusting, cleaned early in the morning and not checked again whole day long, therefore smellying as a skunk!). You shall not expect fresh bottle of water everyday in your room and so on. RESUME: I’ve been to many places before and this Limoncello hotel does not deserve their 4 or 5 stars at all comparing to other hotels of this ,level’. I think the staff at the reception shall be better trained and taught what does customer service mean. And the managers themselves shall for example go to the nearest 5-star Hotels but cannot be compared to Limoncello at any point. There’s a deep abyss between them. PS. We will rather not recommend this place to anyone. Think you can spend your money (big money, these holidays weren’t cheap) in a definitely better way finding a better place. The only thing from there we can recommend is the Turkish Travel Agency D.M.R. Habib Tunç, which sells great excursions (seapark, rafting, ship cruises) and is near to the hotel.

The hotel location is good, far from the main road. This year there is new management which is trying to do all services at good level. Quit, clean, nice location, friendly srvice and very hrepfull staff. We were there for a week are very happy with the hotel. Recommend it to everyone.

Cleaning is not bad. Service was nice. Room cleaning is very good. The rooms are spacious, a little far from the sea, but everything is fun with a lovely animation. I will definitely come again.?????

It's just a big joke to call it 5 ? hotel, it's 3 ? and no more. Me with my friend were there in 18-24 June. We'd been waited almost different situation and were wery disappointed, when met reality. 1. Everything, except pool is dirty and smell of toilet, fuu. 2. Food is lot, but everyday almost same and not Tasty. 3. Beach is far and it's just catastrophe. 4. I like garden 5. I like animators, but animations for me not so cool. But that staff is attentive and helpful. The hotel has perspectives, it will be nice and I hope, administration of hotel will improve everything. Anyway I don't recommend this hotel anyone. P.s. Well done with the new management. We really appreciate the service they provide. Clean rooms with very nice buffet. Good atmosphere also lovely beach. The only problem is 200 meters to the beach but worth for the money you paid
