It's a scandal. I mean disgusting, even that falls short. I have never seen such a terrible hotel in my life. The service is bad.. The staff is untrained and incompetent. Hygiene and cleanliness are terrible. It would not be a lie if I said that you come in clean and come out dirty. We arrived at the hotel at 01:00 at night, they directed us to an old apartment 300 meters away. It was like an abandoned townhouse. We went to the room as a family, the card they gave does not open the room. We waited for 10 minutes at the room door for the staff to bring a spare card and open it. Came, opened, left. He didn't leave a card. After 2 minutes, the electrical switch turned off. We were left in the dark. Wait another 5 minutes for the backup of the card. Card backup arrived, no key to lock room 2 in family room. We will call the reception, the phone is faulty. At 1:30 am, look for personnel in the abandoned corridors again. It came and went. We opened the beds, unwashed, stained, almost peed on the sheets. With that, it's good to have dozens of hairs on it. It's like a truck shelter. They know that other members of the family will sleep on the sofa in the living room. Not a sheet, not a comforter, not a pillow. We called the staff again, he said ok, I'll bring it with rude answers. We waited another 10 minutes. The sheets were supposedly freshly washed, so we turned them around and laid them out so we wouldn't see the stains at least. Tens of cigarette burns on the couch we laid the sheet on. The room smells disgustingly of cigarettes, like a coffee shop. The smell of cigarette cigarettes, as if literally lying in an ashtray. Never go to the toilet or shower. You hesitate to touch your hand. The atmosphere was full of disgrace and filth. Even the toilet seat was brought from the street, placed on the curse, and it was filthy and disgusting that you cannot see in Africa. We didn't have the room, it was no different from the 1st room.. it was 02:00 at night, we are still dealing with a healthy room to stay in.. We don't know how we did in the morning. As soon as it was 07:00, we threw ourselves outside the hotel as if we were running away. Maybe I will remember Konya with this disgusting hotel. I don't believe they deserve what they get. Let alone go to this hotel, do not even pass by it. Don't huh.

The rooms are extremely neglected and the cleaning is seriously troublesome. Some days there was no hot water in the morning and I couldn't take a shower. The people at the reception suggested you wait until 9 o'clock. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever seen in hotels, and when the noises from other rooms were added to these, sleep was like a miracle. As I always say, if you have a situation to stay out, stay. Otherwise never!

For the price, it stands out compared to other options. It's a nice clean and safe hotel. If you do not expect 5-star hotel performance, it is one of the best hotels to go at this price.

I made a reservation for two days. I was able to stay on the first day, and on the second day they sold my place to someone else. They sell the same place to more than one person. Thanks to the business, I stayed on the street. I was able to get the money they took on October 8, three months later, as a result of repeatedly calling and chasing me. I definitely do not recommend. If you know you're going to be on the street, don't stop by. Better sleep on the street. Hope it sinks soon
