★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service of this resturant is appalling. Food arrived late and they couldn't get the order in one time. We ended up eating in batches rather than eat in one time.
When we followed our order, the answer was rubbish and not even an apology.
When I asked for a manager to complain, they all pretend to be just employees and there is not manager (cowards).
They also asked me to have their receipt back were I refused to give them back. I asked them just come and say sorry to get the receipt, agai they didn't.
Paid 885 lira for the lunch ... overprices for such kind of service.
