Amazing hotel, best i have ever seen. The service is next level. People and staff are so professional. hotel is spotless. Great for a family holiday. Family friendly, you honestly don’t think about work and home, you get lost in the experience. First holiday after lockdown and we explained this was like the first holiday after i got married and they upgraded us to a honeymoon room. I am defo coming back here again. There is so much to do at the hotel, swimming, sauna, sports, kids friendly. Totally fallen in love with the place.

Going here for the third time already. Animation team makes you feel home. Praise love for Elena and Mario always make the evenings worth while. Good service, nice room. Just feels like my second home ❤️

This is amazing hotel the bar staff are great. Very attentive and is amazing at remember your order. They are very polite and their English is fantastic the enthusiasm of the staff has made everyone on our holiday feel welcome and safe, The facilities are super the rooms are very clean and the staff are always here if you have a problem or need a top up on certain things ! In the daytime there is a lot of entertainment that passes the time and the evening is just the same Fantastic atmosphere and very friendly and polite staff

To be honest I was wondering between strong 3 (at some point) and strong 4. But i decided that more fair would be a 4.5 here. Hotel is very well taken care, with enough space. We visited during Xmas time - so it is hard to say how it functions in summer. Location of course is prime. Animation especially for Kids is really classy - with numerous activities. Rooms are quite fine. Xmas celebration, menu and entertainment and for kids - was real class and probably that made my 5. There is also a bar and play ground. You will be never hungry of course. Food is being served on every station by personnel which for me is a vit pointless as still people gather around. Especially for fresh grill or drinks - always queues. Staff is good but you can see tendency they serve some customers and take orders instead of all. Inside pool area is cold. Alcoholic drinks, soft drinks and cocktails are quite low quality to be honest.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always smiley and happy to help with anything you need. The rooms were to my liking, with plenty of space and enough beds for the whole family. The restaurant food was amazing, i never got bored of eating it. All in all, it was an enjoyable stay here!

We booked this hotel to escape the reality of work life after the past 2 years of not being able to do anything due to Covid and Atlantis did not disappoint. Fantastic food, amazing range of drinks, entertainment was wonderful, the staff were extremely friendly, we couldn’t have asked for more from the resort. The only thing about the resort that I wasn’t raving about was the fact that it has nothing around it so you need to book excursions or get a taxi to visit anywhere, but that’s my fault for not checking this in the first place. The whole resort was extremely clean and the rooms were beautiful. I wish we could have stayed longer and I am sure we will be back again.

Stay at Atlantis was amazing . Right from service, Food, facilities, entertainment, spa, to guest relations everything was spot on. Special shout out to head chef and Chef Rana for making a vegetarian meal one afternoon when the veggie option was limited. Very kids friendly hotel and entertainment team do an incredible job. Thanks a ton to Diana at guest relations for organising a birthday cake for my son, he was over the moon. Super star was Julia who manages the kids club and does entertainment for kids after dinner. My kids loved their time in Atlantis. Would highly recommend this Hotel and we will return.

It was wonderful, I had a great stay. The staff were so friendly and happy to help. The rooms were spacious and clean. I wish there were less cats roaming about the hotel, but the staff were always helped get rid of then when I asked. I would definitely stay here again.
