Very polite staff,even they don't speak perfect English,they will do the best to explain everything.
Organization perfect.
Animation perfect.
They deserve 5star definitely,because we saw the other hotels in Turkey.
Special care they show to rhe kids.
Everything go easy without waiting,lines or nervous,like you can find in the other hotels.
