One of the best places in this region, its location is very distinctive and a quiet comfortable serviced complex in which there is a football field, a basketball court, a tennis court, volleyball, a children's playground, a swimming pool, a place for barbecue, a place to sit with the company, in addition to gas services and many other features that made it one of the best Buildings in this area

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Konumu, geniş bahçesi, 7/24 güvenliğiyle güzel bir site. Hem şehir içinde her yere yakın hem de konumuna göre sakin. İşçilik, Mersin'de pek alışkın olmadığım biçimde iyi. Oldukça geniş bir yüzme havuzu var. Birbirinde farklı planda yapılmış 4 ayrı bloktan oluşuyor.
It is a beautiful site with its location, large garden, 24/7 security. It is both close to everywhere in the city and calm according to its location. Workmanship is good in a way that I am not used to in Mersin. It has a very large swimming pool. It consists of 4 separate blocks made in different plans.
