Kilo kaybının yanında her insanın kaliteli yaşam ile tanışması için mutlaka denemesi gereken reformer pilates konusunda sanırım en iyisi bu salon.
They are an excellent facility in Ankara, where the most hygienic, highest quality and most professional trainers are among the salons that do this job, and they deserve every penny of their money. In addition to weight loss, I think this salon is the best in reformer pilates, which everyone should try to meet with a quality life.

İlk Derse başlamadan bana uygun bir program ile ilerliyorlar. fiyatlar ise diğer salonlara göre çok çok uygun ben çok memnun kaldım herkese şiddetle tavsiye ederim 1. Ayın sonunda ne bel ne sırt ağrım kaldı 4kg vermemde bonusu oldu ?
I can say that it is the only salon that makes pilates like pilates with a hygienic modern quality environment and friendly and educated teachers. Before starting the first lesson, they progress with a program suitable for me. the prices are very affordable compared to other salons. I am very satisfied, I highly recommend it to everyone. At the end of the 1st month, I have neither waist nor back pain, it was a bonus for me to lose 4kg ?

I was constantly trying to do sports but I couldn't keep it up. Thanks to my teacher Dilek and Güliz, I loved sports, especially pilates:) I lost weight by getting incredibly tight in a period of 1 year. Disciplined working environments, extra interests are great. You can enroll in the hall without thinking. I'm glad I got to know you, my teachers ?

It is definitely much more than a pilates studio with its experienced instructors. My teacher Dilek and Güliz are very successful in every sense and like a family with their disciplined working principles and warm conversations ☺️ I definitely recommend you to experience this place if you are not doing sports yet ? ❤️
