Life Aquatic Freediving & Yoga School.

In short: 10/10 experience free diving with Adnan and Isabel at Life Aquatica. Knowledgeable. Great gear. Easy setup for the water. I loved it. In long: I traveled all the way from New Zealand to Kas, Turkey specifically for Free diving and to complete my SSI Level 2. After hours of Googling “where is the best Free diving Europe”, Kas kept coming up with Life Aquatica and Adnan. And I can see why, it was amazing. Adnan and Isabel are the best. Having worked and dived with the best divers in the world, they are so knowledgeable and such great teachers! The setup they have in Kas makes gearing up a breeze and easy to get straight in the water and they have great quality gear. I highly recommend!!!!

The Life Aquatic Freediving centre is located in a beautiful area with view to the sea. Isabel is a very warm and welcoming person! Always smiling. She was very professionel. You could feel she has lots of experience. During the practical part she was very calm and pacient. This helped a lot to reach the targets of the course. She is an AMAZING couch! I really enjoyed the way how she was teaching. Absolutely fantastic! The Try dive experience was a great opportunity to figure out how good a your skills. 100% recommended :-)

I was quite disappointed when I walked all the way there from town, and no one was there. I office is inside the campground in a small building. It does not appear they have yoga classes as there are two desks that nearly fill the space. I didn't see any brochures or yoga mats so maybe they teach somewhere else.

If you are looking for a free diving course in turkey conducted in English, This is the place. I had a level 1 course with Adnan and I truly enjoyed it. Adnan is an instructor with rich practical experiences, immense knowledge about diving, and impeccable english skill. During the whole course, he was very attentive to my learning pace, able to point out my problems and help me do it in the right way. I felt grateful for this experience. Will definitely recommend to other students and come back again some day!

Highly Recommended! I did my freediving level 1 certificate with Lifeaquatic and I would definitely recommend this course. Isabel and Adnan are were excellent instructors who were always attentive, patient and gave very personalised feedback. It was professional, educational and most of all - fun!

A mandatory place where to go in Kaş if you are insteresting in free diving and yoga! Adnan and Isabelle are so nice, professionnal, friendly, nothing to complain! I will come back for sure to visit them!

Wonderful freedive location! I am an experienced instructor and have travelled all over the world so can compare :) This is by far the best freedive spot! Perfect water conditions in August, great location just a small swim from shore, professional set-up and coaching. I was supper happy to train with Adnan and felt at home immediately. Adnan has 20+ years of diving experience and he can coach all level freedivers: beginners, advanced freedivers and athletes (who also come here for training). We did an excursion by speedboat to an underwater wreck at 18 meters depth, it was a super fun experience and Adnan even provided nice underwater photos of this fundive. I recommend 100%!
