Hayatımdaki en berbat yolculuk, yok kötü mazot aldık, dakka başı dur, şimdi bu herhalde 10 uncu duruşumuz oldu, sanayiye girdik, kardeşim, araban iyi değilse yola çıkarma! Ucuz mazot almanın bedeli mi başka birşey mi bilemedik, şimdi de muavin benzinlige gitti, ve yine bekliyoruz!

Gerçekten çok vasat bir firma bizim otobüs biletimiz aktarmalı olduğu için 1 saat otobüs yokluğundan bekledik ve yalan konuşuldu hep bir yalan hep bir dolandi

Yolcu biniş kartında hareket saati 13'00 yazmasına rağmen otobüs 14:00'da otogarardan hareket etti otobüsün içerisi ciddi anlamda leş kokuyor ve multi medya sistemleri ve usb girişleri hiçbir şekilde çalışmıyor ilgi alaka çok vasat paramızla rezil olmak neymiş bugün bizzat yaşadım 1420 km yolu bu kötü koşullar içerisinde gitmek gerçekden bir işkenceydi artı kendilerini diğer firmalarla bir tutup aynı parayı alıyorlar parayıda söylim 300₺ çok mecbur olmadığınız sürece diğer firmaları bekleyin ve tercih edin

,Sefer Tarihi:17 Mart-Perşembe Biletim bulunmaktadır. otobüsten indim ancak otobüs firması şehrin 5 km dışında indirmek istedi . Ve buna zorladı . Yalvararak otogarın az ilerisinde indirmesine ikna edebildim . Biletim merZifona dediğimde öncesi de Merzifon dedi . Çevre yolunda ıssız bir yerde inmemek için yalvardım resmen firmaya . Bu firmanın Allah belasını versin.

This bus service was the worst I ever been on they only stopped for gas and for 9 and half hrs we where driving most buses Serve water but this bus didn't even have that and to top it off I'm african American and I never seen racism like this so if you are a foreigner do not ride this bus.

One of the worse company, in Turkey, if not the world. After having experienced the classic and great service of the bus companies in Turkey this was definitely a great disappointement, and beyond that, a very very bad experience. The bus might seem nice from the outside but it isn't taken care of, seats are very old, uncomfortable and dirty. The inside of the bus smelled like gasoline, wich is unbearable. Suspensions are absent, at the point of having a rocking bus even on the brand new and perfect roads of turkey The bus driver didn't stop for 9 hours straight, and had a extremelly dangerous conduct (I travelled India for 1 year, using only buses and he remains the most dangerous driver ever) I would ever preferred that there was no service inside the bus, for the bus-guy (assisting the driver) was disrespectful, pushing you while you were sleeping... If you have no choice and have to take that company, stay where you are and wait the next day. TO AVOID !
