Where to start....this is probably one of the best hotels I have ever visited including Dubai, Caribbean and Maldives. Staff are extremely attentive, friendly and always smiling. Food was superb even though I was worried due to visiting at the end of season plenty of choice at each sitting. In the evening there is freshly made sushi, salads, soups, fresh fish and grilled meats etc... desserts are plentiful including baklava and fresh fruits. There are numerous pools including an indoor and an adults only. We had a pool access room which was amazing and incredibly comfortable with great in room facilities, there are touch control lighting, in room mini bar which is free and stocked daily, an enormous bed and the shower is one of the most powerful I have used. Towels are provided around the pool and beach so no need to bring your own. Snack bar in the day has a great menu with plenty of choice including salads, hot dogs, burgers, wraps, pasta etc.... there is also dining at the beach which closed during our visit which serves hot dogs, done wraps, sweetcorn cups, chicken nuggets and wedges, ice cream, fresh fruit etc... there are a range of boutique shops at the resort although these are at an inflated price compared to shopping in Fethiye. The spa is amazing with a rainforest room, sauna, steam room and a array of treatments probably the best list I've seen once again. Anyone looking to book this resort ignore all the negative reviews as this truly is a luxury resort.

Good facilities, adult pool separated from family pool both heated (April 2022). Also indoor pool & gym facilities (not sampled by us) Plenty of adhoc seating throughout. Shade if wanted/needed. Bar snack /restaurant side of main pool, good menu caters for most tastes. Main restaurant plenty of food & seletion but if like me don't do spicey/hot a bit limited but they will try best to accommodate. Beach snacks in the beach area plenty of sunbeds & brollies. Outdoor entertainment arena has been resited & is set in the beach area is a good size & plenty of seating. Only there 4 days, 3 nights but live band 1 night, a retro group another & acrobatics another, also plenty of activities throuhout the day including water arobics, BINGO & Sunday evening Karaoke in Apollen bar. Entertainment team are brilliant.. There is also an Italian & an Asian restaurant, didn't use them as they need to be booked at least 24 hrs before & are not included in cost of your stay. Staff are great, most accommodating & friendly. Clean towels daily, daily room clean & minibar topup. The only issue I/we have is need more toilets especially in the pool & beach areas. If you have mobility issues many of the steps in areas around the pools need rails to aid going up & down.

We enjoyed our trip but it's definitely not at 5* experience and would not book again. (10 night stay, couple travelling. Compared this trip to our last 2 in Marmaris with Tui so it is a fair comparison) Overall I think for 10 days( £850pp) it was good value for money. As a family holiday I can see why people would rebook. Hotel 5* in my eyes The hotel is stunning, everything is brand new, clean and very modern. The rooms are very nicely done and have a great light functionality. All controls are bedside and a great part of the experience, one downside is that the smoke alarm is a strobe light directly above the bed which made it difficult to sleep. Spa is state of the art (but full of kids) Pools are stunning but adults pool was not heated and litrally 7/8 people a day would risk it as it was that cold. Food 3* at best The food looked very good and was actually cooked well but it was all bland and lacked favouring. The chicken, steak, Turkey and lamb could have been the same meat apart from the colour difference. The daily soups where like flavoured water and very bland also. Worst of all the food hardly changed day to day and it wasn't very appealing from the first day.... Big let down for this hotel. We did try the a la carte restaurant but wasn't impressed with the food. It was lovely to be served food at the table and not have to get it and wait behind people but the food also lacked taste. Service 4* The workers are all happy and helpful but lack guidance and training. Waiting times for drinks was long and a keen eye was not kept on tables. I feel the whole hotel was stretched and needed more staff. Hotel room was cleaned daily but not all cups, glasses where removed. Fridge not restocked twice during stay. Photography, staff where friendly for about 10mins but after you booked completely different service ! I would advise to stay away. Entertainment 5* The Entertainment team was always making an effort and doing daily events like darts bingo and other fun things. The night shows where very good aswell, plenty of seating and a bar right next to the stage (no table service) This was a good highlight of the holiday and done very well. Fethiye This small town wasn't much to look at, after going to Marmaris last year this town was so under developed and the market day (Tuesday) is not worth the trip. Clothes are very low standard and it is more of a locals market than a nice tourist market. Good points Hotel is very high standard. Staff are happy and friendly and also not just looking for tips. Adults only restaurant and pool Bad points The food was a huge let down for us both on this trip, this is one of the highlights of going to a 5* all inclusive and it just didn't meet the standards at all. Understaffed for service and lacked attention to detail.

An amazing hotel that is worthy of its 5 stars. To pick fault on this resort I would need to be very critical, only one part let this down (maid service for rooms p304 p314). From arriving in the amazing reception to leaving, we found nothing to be a problem and the staff can’t do enough for you. It’s a very new hotel so everything still feels amazingly clean and spotless. Rooms obviously vary but our family suite with direct pool access was outstanding. So much space storage and had the best shower I have ever had. Mini fridge is re stocked daily with water, beer, milk, fruit juice and premium soft drinks along with some crisps and a chocolate bar. The entertainment is very good and the kids club was brilliant, was youngest was desperate to go everyday as she loved the activities and also mini disco at night. Large variety of bars, patisserie, restaurants and shops, also adult only pool, bar and restaurant. Direct beach access and security checked we were staying at the hotel several times before letting us in (must look dodgy). The beach bar and snack bar are very good, we used these a lot. Meals in the main buffet are the best I have experienced, the quality and attention to details are brilliant, great choice including vegan and vegetarian options. Taxi to calis is 100 Turkish lira so about a fiver in sterling. So the downside, second day we put our maid light and sign out and room wasn’t touched, third day she woke us up coming into the room even though the sign wasn’t out or maid light on, she then had a great day where she actually done everything but then second last day she didn’t replace the bathroom toiletries which we were needing, nor did she empty the bins. To finish on a positive there are old style Volkswagen coffee vans around the resort and it’s the best coffee, really going to miss it. Also no lack of bottled water around to keep you topped up. Cocktails were enjoyed by wife as there is a great selection. Ice cream and ice lollies also available from the patisserie. If you have booked or looking to book here I can highly recommend it and I would come back. Just hope I get a better maid next time and yes I did tip her but it didn’t make a difference to the service provided.

Had the most amazing week at this beautiful hotel. We’re a family of four with a three and a one year old, and we all had such a lovely holiday here. The staff are incredible, and are so friendly, helpful and attentive. They were particularly lovely with our children. The hotel and its grounds are beautiful, and the surrounding views are simply stunning. Food in the restaurants is excellent, and the drinks are incredible - some of the best cocktails we have ever had! And the patisserie is just incredible! The spa is such a wonderful addition too, with an indoor pool, which is great to use if the weather isn’t so good. However, the main outdoor pools were heated at this time of year so they were quite pleasant. My only grumble about Liberty Fabay is the amount of disposable plastic waste created from; drinks around the pool, plastic straw usage, small plastic bottled waters and individually wrapped napkins and wipes on each dining table. On arrival, hard, reusable plastic cups were used at the pool bar, but then by our second day these seemed to change to single-use-plastic and paper cups. It would be so much better, and environmentally friendly, to use reusable, washable cups, paper straws, and napkins that are not wrapped in plastic. We actually drank the tap water, which tasted absolutely fine. However, in other areas environmental concern is observed really well. I loved the little wafer cups provided to fill with jam at breakfast, and the huge piles of butter. Also, rooms promote not to waste water and waste energy. It’s easy to get taxis to the nearby town of Fetiye, which has market day on a Tuesday. We also managed to book onto a little boat trip around some of the islands and coves, which are stunning. This was our first visit to Turkey, and I’m sure it won’t be our last. We loved our stay at Liberty Fabay and will definitely be recommending it to others. Thank you for such a fabulous holiday!
