Montaj için geldiklerinde montajı gerçekleştirdikleri borunun alüminyum olduğunu görüp, bakır boru ile montaj istediğimi söyleyince (LG Müşteri Hizmetleri montajda bakır boru kullanıldığını belirtti), piyasada bakır boru bulunmadığını söyleyerek işi ortada bırakıp apar topar gittiler. Bu montaj için 350 kilometrelik yoldan geldiğimi belirttiğim halde yapacak bir şey yok diyerek ciddi bir mağduriyet oluşturdular. Kullanılan boruya bir tek ben itiraz etmişim, herkes memnunmuş halinden... Montaj için bu servisi ararsanız yaptıkları işi başından sonuna kadar takip etmenizi öneririm. Sonrasında LG Müşteri Hizmetleri'nden Gamze Hanım'ın yoğun ilgisi ile Erdemli Servisi Doğan Soğutma kurulum için geldi, "piyasada bulunmayan" bakır boru ile çok özenli bir montaj gerçekleştirerek gittiler. Onlara da teşekkür etmek gerekiyor. I made an appointment for the installation of the air conditioner I bought in my summer house. When they came for the assembly, they saw that the pipe they had assembled was aluminum and when I said that I wanted the installation with a copper pipe (LG Customer Service stated that copper pipe was used in the installation), they said that there was no copper pipe in the market and left the job in a hurry. Even though I stated that I came from 350 kilometers for this assembly, they created a serious grievance by saying that there is nothing they can do. I was the only one who objected to the pipe used, everyone was satisfied... If you call this service for installation, I recommend you to follow their work from beginning to end. Afterwards, with the great interest of Ms. Gamze from LG Customer Services, Erdemli Service Doğan Sogutma came for the installation, they went away after making a very careful assembly with copper pipe "not available in the market". They should also be thanked.
