1,5 yıl önce lg tv aldım yanında garantili akıllı kumanda dası vardı televizyonu aldığım yer montacı ve kurulumu için güneş elektroniği gönderdi.bende ilk irtibat kurabileceğim teknik servis güneş elektronik olduğu için garanti kapsamındaki akıllı kumandayı götürdüğümde kayda bile almayıp garanti kapsamında olmadığını kullanıcı hatası olduğunu söyleyip kumandayı bana güneş elektronik o şekilde geri verdi. güneş elektronik personellerin karşılayış şeklini de hiç beğenmedim. daha sonra tavsiye üzerine başka bir yetkili lg teknik servisine götürdüğümde, personel çok güzel karşıladı kayıt oluşturdu ve lg ile yazışmalarında akıllı kumandamın garanti kapsamında yenisi bana teslim ettiler, buradan şunu anladım güneş elektronik sadace montaj işine bakıyor, işi başından aşkın ilgi alaka zayıf iyi günler yorum sizlerin.

Kesinlikle bulaşmayın derim evdeki diğer eşyalar Bosch servis talebimde zaman aralığı veriyorlar normalde ama nereden aldıysam LG marka kurutma aldım 2 gündür servis beklemekten kanser oldum.Geleceginiz saat nedir diye her sormamda teknik servisle görüşüp hemen döneceğiz size demelerine rağmen ne arayan var ne soran.Cok pişmanım bunu LG genel merkezdekilerede bildireceğim

Staff were okay. However, it took them 2 months to tell me they couldn't fix my microwave and had to issue a refund. Major inconvenience.

I think I really need to contact LG and report an incident that happened with your company. The guy who plugged in the refrigerator at my house and set up its parameters: he sold me an electricity stabilizing plug that is attached to the electrical socket in the wall, to which the refrigerator is connected. He took 50 TL for it. Now this is a very neat trick, because I feared the instability in the electrical current could harm the refrigerator ... and I did not know the specs of that plug, so I would not know how to find it and buy it at a different place. Also, I was reluctant to even move the refrigerator after the guy plugged it. So, reluctantly, I bought a probably 10~15TL plug for 50 TL from the guy, who pretended that he is "just a worker, and the plug is offered by LG company". Now, the neatness of his trick is that the timing is perfect! I do not know how to set up the gosh darn refrigerator, and I bought it for a lot of money, so I was willing to sacrifice 50 TL to keep it safe and sound. The guy even gave me a receipt for the electrical plug ... now that's another smart move because he knew I would throw the receipt away and forget about the whole incident ... the chances of me contacting LG and reporting the guy are pretty slim ... I should have been smarter and took the guy's name .. yet again, he could have just lied to me and gave me a bogus name. It is simply one of those situations in life where you just can't win, and you lose about 35 TL :)
