I agreed with this company for the first construction cleaning of my house. 2 people came to clean. Especially one of the people who came worked very casually with a cigarette in his hand. When I said the places I didn't like while leaving the house, they had an approach that the construction mess would pass as soon as it was cleaned. When I talked to the authorized person, they tried to help by apologizing and saying that they would not charge for the next cleaning when I informed them when I settled in the house (?!). 2 weeks before the cleaning date I wanted, I talked to the authorized person and made an appointment 2 days before my wedding. I called the day before to confirm, I am out of town and the cleaner said he will come at 9 am by his own means. When the cleaning day came, no one returned my calls and neither did the cleaner. As a result, I had to do my own cleaning while I had so much work to do before my wedding. I have been victimized twice. I definitely do not recommend a company that does not care about customer satisfaction in any way.
