★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having reservation doesn’t mean anything to them. When you go they tell you that reserved car is not available and you should pay more than double for different car. Don’t rely on them and look for other rent a car office nearby (several available)

This is one of the companies trying to rip you off with a non existing damage they invent.
We wanted to rent 2 Bikes at 25. My son's gear did not work which he realized after about 20 meters. We brought the bike back and asked for another one. They said we have to pay for the damage. Only when we threatened with calling the Police they gave up their idea.
This was only bikes but can be really expensive if it's a car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience. Me and my husband went to rent a car and they didnt mention that the car is manual. We immediately returned the car saying we dont want it because its manual. And we are used to automatic. THEY REFUSED TO REFUND OUR ENTIRE AMOUNT . THEY SAID WE WILL CUT 100 LIRAS because we signed the contract. But he also tore the same contract right infront of me. Shady as hell. WE TOOK THEIR CAR FOR LIKE 2 MINUTES. The owner was extremely rude to us and denied everything. This services should be shut down.

This is the only rental shop on earth which rents bikes with fully empty tanks and gets them back with petrol in it... in other words a small trick which makes them lots of money over the whole season but of course at customers expenses. I tried to politely explain that what they do is not right and suddenly the guy got very nervous. It was a pretty unpleasant experience, one of those you feel cheated just because you are a tourist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a little concerned when I read the reviews, but it was well priced and recommended in a guide book, so gave it a go. Don't pay attention to the other reviews.... we had amazing service and the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and attentive, and sorted out our 2 week car rental with zero fuss. We had an initial misunderstanding, probably due to language barrier issues, but the gentlemen in the Fethiye office bent over backwards to ensure that we were happy. Which we were....highly recommend using this place for your rental needs! They even arranged to pick the car up in Antalya for us. 5 stars and 5 ?!!!
