I have known many professional athletes in Istanbul, even though I am still not professional personally, and many of them have risen in the halls under the stairs, but for Keçiören, I think it has become a level-up hall like its name. If you don't know, don't get injured, when you ask for help, there is no arrogant salon teacher or owner attitude, they answer very sincerely that he takes care of his student while he is giving special education, but you can get help from Murat teacher even because you are a salon student "Other teachers also help, but I think he feels more sincere because he is the first person I met And I add again, in general, all the teachers are friendly. They show a very sincere and sincere approach". They have their own sports products and sports nutrition store. The price is very good in the salon. Sports equipment is of high quality, and it is not long to wait for such a device to come in front of it. Especially the free weight group is quite large. I don't want to offend by writing a brand, but there are CLEAN AND HYGIENIC showers and locker rooms among many halls with such green logos in the shopping mall. More importantly, it is quite successful in the steam room and sauna. People do not come to the gym for 1-2 months and hang out as if they are athletes of the years, everyone is on their own. The music level is just right, neither a headache nor too low to be heard. There is a cafe on the terrace floor. Frankly, I didn't go out because of the pandemic, but if many athletes want to rest and eat after sports, it is a very thoughtful place. The only missing "evil eye bead" is actually not missing, but it can be done over time, the cabinets can be a card cabinet or a personal locker, which I have seen before in Maksisoft sports systems, instead of the locked system. treadmills are not in good condition these days :( especially static load accumulates and can hit when you touch the speed increase button.
