★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ray sigorta hasarımızla ilgili 15 gün geçti ve eksper raporu bekleniyor(servis araç onarımına başlayamıyor). Bu durumdan kaynaklı, süreçte eksper bürosunu bilgi almak için aradık; sigorta acentesi 1 defa ve ben 2 defa aradım, doğal olarak oto servis de takip amaçlı mutlaka aradı..
Bugün aradığımda; "bu dosyayla ilgili ne kadar çok görüşüyorum, beni kaç kişi aradı artık bilemiyorum, günde 2 defa görüşüyorum.. vs." diye söylenmeyi tercih ettiler. Bilgi vermek yerine; bu yakınmaları bana yansıtıp, beni tersleyerek konuyu saygısızlık boyutuna getirdiler. Üslup sıkıntısı var.
Biraz profesyonellik gerek.
 15 days have passed regarding our rail insurance damage and an expert report is awaited (the service cannot start the vehicle repair). Due to this situation, we called the expert office for information during the process; the insurance agency called once and I called twice, naturally the auto service also called for follow-up purposes.
When I call today; "How many people have been talking about this file, I don't know how many people have called me anymore, I meet twice a day .. etc." they preferred to be said. Instead of giving information; they reflected these complaints to me, snapped me and brought the matter to the level of disrespect. There is a shortage of style.
A little professionalism is required.
