Eşim ile dün akşam ( 03.09.2018 ) tavuk döner yemeğe gittik. siparişlerimizi verdik yemeğimizi yemeğe başladık ve eşimin yemeğinden böcek çıktı. garson arkadaşı çağırarak gösterdik. garson arkadaş tabağımızı alıp gitti. bizde yemeğimizi bırakıp hesap ödemeye gittik. eşime de olabilir bir dikkatsizlik sonucudur dedim. hesap ödemeye gittiğimiz esnada garson arkadaş ta yanımıza gelerek patronuna bir adet almasını ve yemekte böcek çıktığını söyledi. bende önemli değil siz adisyonda ne varsa lütfen alın dedim. ve hesabı ödeyerek çıktık.
burada üzüldüğüm konu;
yıllarca hizmet veren bir işletme ve bizim de severek gittiğimiz bir yer, ancak işveren bir özür dilerim, kusura bakmayın, temizlik konusunda daha dikkatli olacağız falan deyip gönlümüzü almak yerine sanki kötü bişey yapmışız gibi surat asıyor.
It is a place we have liked both in terms of price and quality for years. But last night, something happened that we never wanted. We went to a chicken doner dinner last night (03.09.2018) with my wife. We gave our orders and started to eat our food and bugs came out of my wife's food. We showed it by calling the waiter friend. The waiter friend took our plate and left. we left our food and went to pay the bill. I said it could be a result of carelessness to my wife. While we went to pay the bill, a waiter friend came to our side and told his boss to buy one and there was a bug in the meal. I said it doesn't matter, please take whatever is in the check. and we left by paying the bill.
I'm sorry about here;
It is a business that has been serving for years and a place we love to go to, but the employer is apologetic, sorry, we will be more careful about cleaning and so on, instead of taking our heart out and making a face as if we did something bad.
